I must be getting old... songs like this when Tim says, "They'll never hurt Jesus again.", and Michael English singing "Bowed on my knees" when it gets to that line, "I want to see Jesus, for He's the one who died for me!" Brings tears to my eyes every time I hear them!
That's not getting old...that's confirmation that you love The Lord. You are relating with what the words are saying and the message of our Saviour coming from the mouths of those who love him too. Keep the faith!
Great song! My daddy has this recording on a CD, but I can't remember the name. It's got Mike English singing Bowed On My Knees and cried holy and a bunch of other great Southern Gospel songs on it too. Does anyone know which CD this is from?
Amen!
