Boiled poached eggs? Boiling & poaching are two different way of cooking..boiled egg is being cook by way of Boiling..meaning the water or liquid is on a boiling point while you are cooking the egg any food you want to cook..while in Poaching..once the water/liquid boiled..you need to lower down the heat until the water stop from its boiling temperature..thats the time for you start cooking the egg..that's type of cooking by way poaching..it is ussual that poached eggs is being serve with its yolk remain raw..sample: eggs Benidect,poached egg florentine & poa ched egg on toast..
