Unsolicited mailing of absentee applications

Thanks for the update. Who is ultimately responsible for keeping the voter rolls up to date in each county? And are these types of corrections made public? ie: how many are purged each year. Who holds them accountable, are there required reports? And as far as voter rolls, what is the explanation for the added voter roll records at the TFC center with the birthdate of 1900 that I heard multiple witnesses testify about it. If you could elaborate on this it would be helpful. Thanks-
