@@shizukagozen777 The change to witch time brings it down, I hate the costumes, and the plot is more of a miss than a hit for me. Even so, it's not bad, but it's... Silver. I would say the thing I like most is the multiplayer.
Why would they do that to Jeanne? Oh my god 😭😭😭
She is so interesting, but was only really used in the first game.
In the second she does pretty much nothing besides the start of the game.
In three the bald man kills her so easily. Like wtf 😭😭😭
Give me a game focused on Jeanne pleaaaaaase
Hellena taylor said they might make jeanne spin-off and to not buy that either
Jeanne's outfit color schemes in Bayo 3 is fine, but has too many things going on, which look like a mess. Stripes top, floral stocking, spotted coat, pattern scarf on guns...it's just too much. Guess it would be less messy, if the gun scarf and top is using only plain colors.
Hunny it’s ugly asf everything clashes they should’ve kept her long hair maybe she could have a long Elsa braid her outfit is supposed to have a contrast with Bayonetta
@@Kailothefxiry Since we're talking about ugly character designs. I wanna say that Viola's character design is HIDEOUS! I absolutely refuse to acknowledge her as Bayonetta's daughter let alone her being the main character of the franchise when her fashion sense is that horrible. Thank you for coming to my TED talk
@@cokestealer5691 i don’t really think her design is horrible, I just really hate how she looks like she doesn’t belong in the game at all. She looks like she belongs in life is strange or hell dmc lmao
@@cokestealer5691 I think her design works a lot better with
*Spoilers*
Lula's scarf at the end. It kinda ties it together a little better, making it clear she's supposed to be a giant kaleidoscope of colours, fitting with Cheshire.
"has too many things going on, which look like a mess" summarizes this game as a whole. It has some good parts but the plot is hot garbage, characters behave like a virgin japanese man's wet dream and the constant disrespect to Jeanne is way too much for me.
Idc who disagrees the first bayonetta was the best and set such a high standard for the rest of the games that they didn’t reach. I do like the additional fighting features and lore however of the new games
I agree. It’s the best game out of the three. It has an amazing soundtrack, amazing gameplay and an amazing final boss. Also the lore they included In notebooks and the accessories description is so cool. Jeanne isn’t glossed over in 1, in fact she’s the second most important character in the whole game, she’s the reason Bayo’s alive.
@Good For Nutting viola is so irritating, her personality is so subpar when it comes to Jeanne and Bayonetta. She’s just too animeish
@@yorhaunit21o32More so today trying to capture how e girls look.
@@iancruz6617 LITERALLY TOTALLY AGREE
Bayonetta 1 is my comfort game lol.
Jeanne is really an afterthought in this game jfc
Jeanne was always that girl
Still that girl. Always will be that girl
I can't believe you can only play her in extra chapters and training. As soon as the story started to tank I just wanted to finish the game so that I could replay story levels with Jeanne. I spent 5 minutes looking for the select character screen before I realized that they removed the ability to do that. I don't want to wish for DLC but it seems to be the only sliver of a chance we'll get something like that added back 🥴 would have loved to play as ancient Cairo Jeanne too
Also no alternate costumes for her like in Bayo 2. Couldn't they just import the models like they did for Bayonetta? Would love to have her in her Bayo 1 and 2 designes or even Cutie J since that is in the game as well
@@maddinzf7967 The worst part is the Bayonetta 2 Model was used for Jeanne Beta-1... So, just recolor the damn model back and add it to her costumes. Same with Jeanne Beta-3/Egyptian Jeanne. No Jeanne roster is complete without Cutie J, either.
They did Jeanne dirty on 3rd installment.
she is literally the trigger of Cereza's power in B1 and B2, yet in 3rd game she become weak as hell.....
*6:10** Crying during this scene unlock the The Legendary Umbran Fan achievement.*
Bayonetta 1’s final mission was something else, especially when Jeanne comes back at the end to destroy the statue with you just like you both did in the opening of the game falling from the clock tower.
They did her so dirty in 3rd game. Killed her off so easy. Also, dark haired Jeanne is peak Jeanne
Bayonetta 1 and 2 jeanne would GAG at that horrendous powerpuff girl dress they got her wearing in bayo 3. Jeanne is a known fashionista. All her clothes are from a specific Italian brand D’arc.
A brand that she most likely created herself, since she's Jeanne d'Arc
Her Bayo 3 design is very maximalist high fashion of today (like Gucci) with an obvious 70s and mod inspo. The developers are getting a strange amount of hate from fans- they didnt want to put Jeanne in yet another bodysuit.
@@sassyfrenchpotato her name isnt d’arc though? If it is i don’t remember. I only remember her being inspired by the historical figure john d’arc because of the super hero aspect.
@@kaikobird those colors jeann has on are all over the place and constantly clashing with each other on screen hurting my eyeballs with the loudness. Her makeup as well very dramatic, loud and colorful. High fashion would be Jeannes bayo 1 concept designs imo.
@@lewinski8147 the actual french name of Joan of Arc is Jeanne d'Arc and she was accuse of being a Witch, and since she's 500+yo is pretty safe to say that she's the true Jeanne d'Arc of the Bayonetta universe since the execution of Jeanne d'Arc happened more than 500 years ago and by that Time Jeanne could've easily help the french army when she was a "teenager" (for witches standards)
People who say bayonetta and jeanne don't have any romantic chemistry clearly weren't paying attention during the first two games
Seriously, bayojeanne deniers are annoying
@@Raeyanetta how have they ever showed a relationship beyond a sisterly one? Have they ever flirted? I think not. They are Umbran sisters and very good friends. In this timeline bayo has been with Jeanne for a long time and they weren’t a couple, doesn’t that tell you something?
@@lushdontu4015 👍
@@Raeyanetta why? Lesbians rock and it seemed like Bayonetta and Jeanne’s relationship was developing. Bayonetta knocked on hell’s door just to get her Umbran sister back. Sure Luka and Bayonetta flirted in the first game but he was barley in the second so there was nothing to build upon.
@@GhostwalkerSparrow not sure what you mean, I ship Bayonetta and Jeanne
28:01 Jeanne NOOOOOOOOOOOO She deserves to live Singularity is an absolute Jerk I hate you singularity you killed our queen 👑👑👑 Jeanne is the Queen of the Bayonetta series
I can't believe they didn't give her a catsuit in the third game! What?!
The new outfit is...fine...but wearing it throughout the entire game just looks weird.
That intro was another level of excellent!
Thanks!
Fun fact: Jeanne originally is enclosed in the sphere where Bayonetta battles Jubileus, using the climax bracelet you can see her long hair inside the battlefield, she only got flung into the space after Sheba's summoning
Jeanne should’ve been Bayonetta’s echo fighter.
Yes I’ve been thinking the same thing ever since echo fighters were revealed!
RIP Jeanne 2009-2022
Noooo !
Jeanne in Egypt and that bayo must have something going on. Like seriously she even caresses her cheek and I’ve heard that version has Cereza printed on her body in umbran text
0:20 I love how you synced Battle for The Umbran Throne with each Jeanne appearing 🥰
I think she looks so good in bayonetta 1
shes just a white version of bayobetta
@@idiokta7126 She also has her red outfit (not the flashback one) with the black neck piece that looks stunning as well
In 1 she was supreme... The best !
@@idiokta7126 that’s the point of the rival character lol. Be you but better, make you want to get better at the game so to kick your rivals ass!
Am I the only one who liked the mod dress on Jeanne in bayo 3? She is so gay I love it .
Jeanne Bayo 2 looks the best (:
It’s so cool seeing her story chronologically :,)
I think that old costume is where she looks the best!
Jeanne and Bayo should’ve been together it would’ve been so cool and empowering
She got did so dirty in bayonetta 3 absolutely hated that story with a passion.
Bayonetta 1 was so good. I miss the early 2000’s
Well if the theories of others confirmed, Brave Cereza danced to restore the verses hence she was the only one variant who defeated Singularity. So Jeanne is alive but our dear sweet Cereza is the one gone unless Luka kept her safe hence he was Lukaon's relative or something
Ancient and Biker Jeanne > New Jeanne

Lolololol
I hope jeanne is still alive and there are bayonetta 4 :>
Just like Bayo, Jeanne have different versions of her too. Jeanne in Bayo 2 and 3 are two different Jeanne
I hope cereza is still alive
Sorry to say, but Jeanne die
Hopefully we love herrrrrrrr
I hope Jeanne from 2 survived and will come back. She was so cool
You know, getting mind controlled was the best Jeanne could handle compared to getting her soul pushed out and dragged to hell, and getting stabbed with a light saber
She always dies for Cereza 💔
Labolas to Gomorrah back in inferno: " *what the F*CK did you think you were doing?* "
Jeanne: I am here to reclaim my Umbran sister
Bayonetta/Cereza: Now release my Umbran sister
I kinda like this new design, especially the dalmatian print, she's like what if Cruella DeVil was a cool monster slayer.
Her new design isn’t bad but Jeanne and Bayo we’re like sisters and their designs are supposed to compliment each other when standing side by side. In 3, the contrast is lost and it just looks weird.
Jeanne with the old costume is the best ❤️✨🫰
The fashion and character designs really was rough, with Viola being the big disappointment.
I feel like everyone’s Bayonetta 1 designs were pretty good. Bayonetta looking clean af in black long hair while Jeanne rocking the short white hair. Luka lookin like he just came out of Assassin’s creed and Rodan looking like a bad ass mother fucker.
The Jeanne that got killed by a egg in bayo 2 isn't the same Jeanne that was in 1+2
Jeanne’s always getting her ass handed too 😂
In Bayo 4 , Jeanne will die after skipping a march and falling down the umbra clock's stairs
She nailed it In Bayonetta 2 👑
Bayonetta 2 jean was the hardest slay ever she ate it tf up
Well..bayonetta 3 did kinda get rushed a little bit not to mention it was obvious that she was gonna die along with the others so that means viola Robin and Enzo are left unless there's a bayonetta 4 viola might be the main character or if not may the game the franchise and the queens of umbra themselves rip also luka
She's like Kuririn in Dragonball. She always dies, man.
“Dance the pain away” Nothing can heal the pain this game caused to the majority of us
She gets flatter with each game, in Bayonetta 4 her chest will be concave
你确定还有4吗?我感觉4的可能不大,因为bayonetta都已经死了

@@angelvu 所有平行宇宙的bayonetta不是已经死了吗?而且4的剧情很不合理,不过玩法很酷。这场比赛的剧情特别离谱
@@jessica000 Yes I believe so, but a popular theory online is that Luka and Bayonetta could be alive because Viola mentions “pops”, or father at the end of the game. I agree with you, I hope they fix the story because I really love Bayonetta… PlatinumGames is very unpredictable lol

"springtrap has died the most" JEANNE HAS DIED IN ALL THREE GAMES

Jeanne is definitely the best sidekick

She was shafted in the second and third game. I hope she comes back in the next installment with a better showcase.
The way Jeanne died... I felt like bro give Jeanne Justice. For once
If you look closely at the card Jeanne shows it says that it was issued on April 1 2022
because they’re treating her like an absolute JOKE
Best Jeanne ever : Bayonetta 2 . Best Bayonetta ever : Bayonetta 2 . Best Bayonetta Game : Bayonetta 2 ??
They are the most beautiful in Bayonetta 1.
Jeanne for the next smash bros game as Bayonetta's echo fighter!!!
I truly despised her missions in Bayonetta 3 so much to the point where i felt nothong when she got killed at the end, like i did enjoy her in the first and second games but the stupid sidescrolling stealth missions.... ugh
things that probably people dont know (but can be found on some collectables around the game) about jeanne
-Japanese jeanne is still on the rival thing with bayonetta from ramen eating, bowling, karaoke you name it they challenge each other (typical platonic rivals if you put it)
-chinese jeanne is nowhere to be found because its one of the timelines where jeanne is a little bit different she's rather an empress so fighting is not her thing... so bayo there is a commander of armies
-Egyptian jeanne is supposed to be the arch eve of the timeline but supposidely it should be bayo but egypt bayo is more scared than others and treated as a princess... once jeanne died the title arch-eve was given to egypt bayo when she decides to be brave for once
-french bayo's weapon "Abra cadabra" is just a mix of jeanne's and her supposidely bayos hat and cane is gold and red while jeanne's is silver and blue considering how it worked the only survivors in that timeline is her mom and herself (also balder was prolly dead too because he protected rosa from dying... hence the glass thing on rosa's eye)
thats all
I'm sorry but why they made her look like an old acohol accdicted woman in Bayonetta 3 😞
@𝓙𝓲𝓪𝓯𝓮𝓲 𝓭𝓸𝓵𝓵 actually, it's not about grey-hair, but the design of her hairstyle, outfit,... I truly loved her grey-hair waving with latex outfit on a motobike in Bay2 😞
B3 Jeanne has my favorite design. It really leans into high fashion the most with the fur coat and the coloured tights. B2 Jeanne design looks too monochromatic for me
Yep
I love it too as well. Seeing as how both Bayo and Jeanne are coded as highly fashion-centric characters, Jeanne's outfit in 3 feels like something a real fashionista (especially one who has lived through so many periods of modern fashion) would wear with that somewhat exaggerated touch of avant-garde/camp that said fashion tend to have, as they often are, or are depicted as, quite eccentric
Jeanne in 3 is giving Fran vibes
the fact that she "dies" every single game
@𝓙𝓲𝓪𝓯𝓮𝓲 𝓭𝓸𝓵𝓵 Remember when we thought she got blown up in the first one but it turned out she actually survived? I think that's what they mean by her "dying" every game 😭
Bayonetta 2 is the best game in series from character designs to story is the best. Bayonetta 3 is honestly a waste of time the only aspect i like about the game is gameplay and expolration. I fucking hate viola she is my worst nightmare and to past her off as bayonetta's kid OH my fucking GOd! The only child of bayonetta is joker. lol The only thing that makes me feels halfway comfortable about the whole deal is it's an alternate univers and that Our Bayo is fine with Jeanne.
She was the perfect mean bitch character. Too bad they did her dirty, sorta. :(
She died the way the game ended. For reasons we dont fucking understand.
Jeanne aesthetic in Bayonetta 3 is very nice
Jeanne from Bayonetta 1 and 3: Let's not tell that we died to Jeanne from Bayonetta 2
People complaining about her portrayal in Bayo3 obviously haven’t played Bayo Origins and it shows.
If ever Jeanne would be playable, I want her to have her Motorcycle as one of her moves.
