      land records office may jaye death certificate aur legal heirs certifircate apply krey bina koi v paisa kay tino kay name record ho jayega, fir bhi agar ap registry bhi krna chatey hai to dono beti sirf unka 1/3+1/3 =2/3 hissa hi apko gift kr dey to purey 100% pay ap owner ho jayegay. in west bengal 1% hi kharcha lagta hai. lumsum kuch 1000 tak stamp duty

    If the flat is registered in the names of son and father, then how the son can transfer the whole property legally in his father's name without paying any stamp duty .Pl. suggest.
