good for Jey but more important than his title is that there was a Title Change on a RAW episode. If RAW & SDown can provide some title changes once in a while, it can keep viewers interested. If titles change on the TV episodes, have the loser use the matchup clause for upcoming PPVs.

They've been telling the "Main Event Jey Uso" story since last August (if you wanna go back further, since he was in the Bloodline) - fans were invested in his chase for singles glory & stayed invested in Jey for all of his tenure in the Bloodline, him leaving the Bloodline, pinning Roman at MITB '23, & everything else he was involved in. It's reductive to say "oh, Triple H did this in 5 weeks. It proves that we don't always need long term storytelling" just because you don't have the patience to stay the course of the long-term stories being told.
I really hope that Triple H doesn’t make Jey USO intercontinental championship reign weak at all and I am so happy that Jey USO won his first ever single title after fourteen years.

I personally think how Jey won was cool. He had to spear Bron through the barricade, spear him again, and then hit the USO splash to win. So he had to do multiple steps to win. So to me Bron is still strong

Bron is new. He doesn’t need a massive push and to always look strong at all times just because he has no brain. It is called paying your dues. Triple H is a huge believer of it. Jey has been there more than long enough to pay his dues. Bron has not. So he can go to the back of the line and keep doing his dumb brainless act and being himself and when he has paid his dues he will be world champion some day. Years in the future.
