Here are the problems with Gunther in my opinion. He's not intense enough. The should look like an intimidating machine, but they have hit cut cringe jab promos, when he's not like that. The big arc (The Bloodline) got rewritten to integrate top guys from another promotion (Cody & Punk)
Same way TK rewrote his big arc (The AEW title going from Jericho, Moxley, Kenny, and ending on Hangman) got written to account for Punk & Danielson inevitably getting the title
And because the big story lost focus, the flow state of all of the other plots is getting wonky
Overuse of tournaments, tag belts not getting defended, women’s division consolidated to like 1-2 major acts, too many faction wars, idk how to explain it but y’all are just watching 2022 AEW lol

Here are the problems with Gunther in my opinion. He's not intense enough. The should look like an intimidating machine, but they have hit cut cringe jab promos, when he's not like that. It doesn’t get counted as an actual main event because it was a cash in. It wasn’t a planned match. There wasn’t build up, it wasn’t announced or anything, it was an out of nowhere match.

Meaning Seth did infact main event the show, which is night 1 of Wrestlemania. And infact, the night 1 main event was actually more important, because it had massive effects on how stuff played out on night 2.
