- Welcome to Travel with Alan Hill and thank you for watching this video. In this video I will be compiling a top ten hotels in Benidorm (in no particular order) based on most popular in terms of sales and repeat bookings by some friends of mine in the travel industry. This countdown is also based on my my own knowledge gained over the 25 years of me being a travel agent.

Stayed in many Hotels and apartments in Benidorm. Our favourite was the Hotel Orange. Would be nice to see what is like now. We have not been abroad since COVID and stayed in many hotels all over Benidorm over the years.
Stayed in Abassador playa in May.Noisy around pool when Wakiki bar playing super loud music. Food 7 out of 10.
We DIDNT SEE AN INDOOR POOL ???
I'll be at the Brisa from May 11th... So curious! Hopefully we can get some sun loungers on the beach by then

Thanks for that. We were in the Don Pancho 2 years ago when covid hit and we loved it. We only got 6 days, instead of 14, as we had to return because of a lockdown. We’re just back from Sol Pelicanos Ocas, our first post covid trip. We’re surprised to see it at number 1 as we didn’t rate it high at all.
I am with you on that Sol Pelicanos is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, the food was inedible and coffee undrinkable, shockingly bad hotel. Rosamar was shockingly bad food and décor was very old, however It may be far better after the refurbishment. Don Pancho is the best by far. Food is spot on, Champaign at breakfast every day and English breakfast available too. The bedrooms are lovely with carpet. It is a very modern hotel now. My next choice would be Rivera.

Looking to go to Benidorm in July. What is the best hotel/apartment for Stag do's? Because I have found out some don't allow stag/hen do's. We would preferably like to stay at an adults-only...
Sorry for taking so long getting back to you. There is so much to choose from in Benidorm for your needs. It has been a very long time since I was there.
Hi Alan, Thanks for the video. I am suprised the The Hotel Presidente is not on the list but i suppose it only had its refurb 2 or 3 years ago so may need a bit longer to get on the Top 10
Hopefully we will all be back there very soon enjoying the Sun.

Hey Mickey thanks for watching. A little surprissd myself if I am honest. I based this list on best sellers among a group of travel agents.

@@hillystravels Hi Alan, Thanks for your reply. Yes lovely Hotel spotlessly clean and in a great location. The meals are to a high standard as well.
The only thing i would advise would be to get a pool view room as the streets around the outside of the Hotel can be noisy at times.

I've known 3 people who have stayed at the pelicanos and have been robbed . The thieves broke into their rooms on one occasion and pinched the safe.. The hotel staff didnt want to know anything about it. From what I've heard from other people who have been their, this year, they say AVOID. If you do stay here the advice is do not hire a safe and use your card as payment when going out. Hope this info helps.
John Bailey WE were robbed in Majorca . It really makes you upset and not want to return.

The countdown is based on best selling hotels by travel agents based on survey I did.

Hi Jeff, this countdown is based on best sellers as voted for by myself and other travel agents. I know there are better hotels if you look at star ratings etc.

No star rating are only based on a few things spa indoor pool ect your hotels are not the best their are lots off toilets in benni I khow that but your hotels are very adverge
@@jeffgillen1847 I never said they were the best hotels. I did a survey of travel agents in the UK asking what their best sellers are in Benidorm and this is the result of that. Again thanks for watching and for commenting. I appreciate it.

Stayed at 22 hotels over 30 years and the Don Pancho is definitely Not. The Rosamar was rubbish.

It’s mediocre at best, full of chavs.
Thanks for the comment Lisa. They are not in any order in the video. It is just 10 best selling hotels in Benidorm with the travel agents who took part in my survey.
That is why you have holiday destinations like Agios Nicolaos and Cyprus ,Light years away from the chavs .
