451 tyre size is limited only 1"1/8 & 1"3/8 & usually the frame to tyre gap is too small for a mud guard, so far i have not come across 451 with mudguard

this 451 is almost complete, you only need to upgrade the tire, i am using 1"3/8 two different brand with 2 different pressure rating, front wheel maximum 85psig, back wheel minimum 85psig. the 451 is too easy a ride for PCN max speed limit 25km/hr & too slow for riding on the road. I have 5no of 349, 3no of 406 & 2no of 451. 451 if riding on PCN you cannot get the intensity of workout . Recently I have try to speed up @ TMCR & able to achieve 25km/hr to 32km/hr. @25km/hr is very relax & most of the PCN you won't have the chance to go that fast. You don,t need a 10 speed gear also, what you need is the high 11T & low 32T or 30T for climbing & crankring 52T to 58T. i now going to internal gear hub , 406 wheel , 8 speed alfine, back 20T & front 52T ,another one back 16T & front from 52T have down to 44T. the internal gear is more expensive & heavier but riding is smooth & i can change gear in the middle of a climb & at traffic light without the need to pedal & lifting the wheel 451 is a easy ride bicycle for PCN & walkway but not comfortable for rail corridor , Coney Island. & for short distance workout, no meaning. Maybe i will try round island 121km with my 451?

它閹割的或許是公路車的高速。
但若說騎乘快感，就該和淑女車比
那種輕鬆，隨意，穩定，真的是不輸。
（我的意思是公路車有門檻，容易跌倒，比如橫桿高，卡鞋易跌倒之類
可以選擇不買太強的，那不如就降到容易隨時剎停，兩腳落地的淑女車）

还是违规超速

還是這種尺寸的折疊車通病：龍頭caster不夠（折疊關節以上的部份差不多是垂直上的，跟前叉實際轉動的軸心成了一個角度），是操作方向手感永遠都不如全尺寸車的主因。
