Just do what I do when my wife is too tired to get up. I simply stick my finger up her bum and she lunches up out of bed like a spring chicken. Then I tell her to go cook my breakfast since she got out of bes first. Thems the rules haha

I can't believe how stupid people on TH-cam can be. It is not your DNA. You learned bad habits from your parents and they probably never told you to sleep on time. You can't remember anything from when you were 5 years old and most kids at that age, have a good sleep cycle. It has NOTHING to do with your DNA. That's a complete excuse, blaming it on your DNA which has NOTHING to do with your bad habits. Cause you are scared of change. So you do things to avoid sleeping.

School having early starts is cruel to teenagers because our body clocks shift towards later waking during that phase of our lives. Studies have shown starting school at 10 or 11am massively improves concentration and learning, but because our society is now based on both parents working, or single parents working, the government won’t do it.

See my problem is I can only workout at night bc I'm so tired afterwards. I do plyometrics and it takes alot of energy from me. So I use it to help me sleep at night. If I try to function after I work out I'm low energy and grumpy lol. I'm gonna set my alarm and put it really far away so I have to get up and turn it off and I'll already be up for the day 😊

I have a solid sleep schedule (the iPhone has the sleep focus and have been using that for a few years) I did wake up this morning in a pool of sweat though and ended up sleeping for another 1 and 20. I do all of these. Water and regular sleep I personally find most important. We also listen to a meditation app when we sleep. Not a monthly subscription. That would be way too expensive over time. We have bought 7-8 different meditations (Glenn Harald) and select one depending on how our days were, mood, etc.

Besides, that's not a good habit. It will ruin your life if you need to wake up early for a job at 9am in the morning. One day, you will be too tired to wake up at 6am because the lack of sleep which is a total of 3 hours from 8 hours is not at all good for your body. I assume you're a gamer per chance and stays up all night playing games?

I agree but after investing heavily in my bed and doing research on healthy shape and position of my pillow and I can guarantee you my issues persisted even after getting better, I look at screens before bed, lately I’ve been falling back asleep a couple times every morning just before I need to get up, and I’m inconsistent with getting to bed on time (leading to inconsistently waking up or falling asleep taking longer) which I definitely think has contributed the most, I’m currently on a period where I’m fixing all of these things and regardless of the bed 90% of my issues are going away

When i wake up i feel cold in the morning bcs our house is so cold cuz we can't really afford warmer, so i go cold shower literally like a ice cold shower, it feels like my brain freezes and that makes my body get used to the cold in my family's house. After that i just drink coffee, make a omelet and start my training, 🏆 mindset. I feel so fresh after that even tho i get so little sleep at nights.

It gotten so extreme that i hit snooze which sets the alarm to 5 min ahead for an hour so about 12 times. I'm in like a weird state cause i remember when I wake up an press snooze but i instantly return to my Dream when I fall asleep. It's something subconscious I do all the time and affects me only on my days off or weekends
