The reporters line of questioning to the students is a matter of pity. From those questions, it seems like the end goal of all education is merely to land a job. I am, in fact, very impressed by the students' response who consider the pursuit of education purely for academic progress in the fields they are pursuing. If we apply the reporters yardstick of job opportunities then most Indians should only study STEM and most liberal arts would be fruitless.
Shanker Arnimesh has done a very good job asking pointed questions but what is surprising is the clarity among ordinary Indian voters, no wonder Indian elections throw up so many mystifying results that even the rest of the world is in awe of since India is still considered a "poor" country in the western democratic world. It is the ordinary humble "bedraggled" looking Indian who is the real torch bearer of India's vibrant democracy and that augurs well for a very bright future for India barring the occasional hiccups.

For employment you need companies to invest locally and set up factories, outlets, etc. UP doesn't have the infrastructure to attract such investment. Modi and Yogi building Roads, providing electricity to every village, Nal Se Jai(water connection to every house), etc is the start of this infrastructure building process.
This is the only way to fix employment problem. Plant the seeds and provide water every day till it becomes a tree. Then the tree will give fruits you can enjoy.
