I love this group. Everyone in my family thinks that I am strange because I love classic rock for an African-American female. I really don't care. I'm going to rock on until I die. By the way, a friend of mine from Texas mailed me this Concert two years ago. I enjoyed this concert thoroughly. The only ones that I need now is the live at the hard rock, and live at Wembley.
right on Kayanda ! go on Sista girl !! - Bad Company rocks , and hopefully you know all the music from the greatest Rock band- Led Zeppelin !!........Mr Philly......
Holy Smooooookkkkess! :D Paul Rodgers, the best rock vocalist alive in my opinion; like some rock vocalists he hasn't regressed with age, his voice still sounds just as good as in the late 60's when he was with Free. What a stunning whirlwind of a performance; was such a treat to see these live last year. I'd recommend it to any rock fan, you won't feel anything quite like it nowadays I reckon :p
I seen then a couple of times back in the 80s and then I saw them at the Sacramento State Fair with David Lee Roth opening up for them in 1999, Wow ! What a show ! Great !
Jeez, but I miss this kind of music. Guess I'm just getting old and starting to sound like my Dad! Oh well, at least I grew up listening to this and still loving it today.
Paul been singing from the age of 16 he s the best and always has been bad co is loved all around the world see you at the hard rock Paul. Cowboy rob from the cocaine cowboys 4/17/24
Rory Gallagher was an absolute talent on the guitar yet never got the recognition he deserved. He had a similar style to Stevie Ray Vaughan in his attack on the Stratocaster. Powerful playing.
Paul Rodgers, Steve Marriott (RIP) and Frankie Miller all sung, or do sing from the soul now, then, and forevermore. That Blues tinged Brit Rock can't be beat, especially with the aforementioned at the helm! Rock On! Check out Frankie Miller and Full House's version of Lennon's "Jealous Guy" or "The Fixer" and "I'm Ready" by the late great Steve Marriott and Humble Pie. Free and Bad company, and let's not forget Nazareth, are some of the best bands, along with Spirit that deserve their place in the R and R Hall of Fame. "Bad Ass" baby!
I have never been in a band and do not to profess to now music inside and out. With that said I try to understand how a band with one guitar player(ZZ Top) and this lineup of Badco can somehow make the "sound" of a rhythm section and play lead guitar at the same time. IDK, I find it pretty impressive. My guess is a great bass player and exceptional guitar?
@Mowac - I have to tell you, I saw Queen and Paul Rogers twice, and Paul was fantastic with Brain May and Roger Taylor. Queen were superb and when they backed Paul on the Free and Bad Company numbers they really did themselves proud. Dare I say this as a real Bad Co fan, but I also the Bad Company gig in Manchester, and the bad company songs that Paul did with Queen were actually done better, and I am not a huge Queen fan, just telling it like it was from experiencing both shows.
Best of British ever, this man. Consistently great. He added a bit of pep to Queen although that stuff didn't do him justice. Better than Bob Plant any day of the week
If I hear you knocking hard upon my door, Ain't no way that I'm gonna answer it. 'Cos cheating is a one thing and lying is another, And when I say it's over, that's it, I'm gonna quit! Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Now I ain't complaining, just try'n to understand What makes a woman do the things she does. One day she'll love you, the next day she'll leave you, Why can't we have it, just the way it used to be? Why can't we have it baby. 'Cos I'm a man, I got my pride, I don't need no woman to hurt me inside, I need a love, like any other; yeah. So go on and leave me, leave me for another! Good lovin' gone bad, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, Good lovin' gone bad, bad, bad, Good lovin' gone bad; yeah. Baby I'm a bad man, now, now. Oh yes, yes indeed, indeed I am. Oh oh oh oh yeah, gone bad. Oh oh oh oh. Now I'm a man, I got my pride, Don't need no woman to hurt me inside, I need a love like any other, So go on and leave me, Leave me for another. Good lovin' gone bad, it's gone I say, Good lovin' gone bad, now now now, Good lovin' gone bad, yeah yeah yeah And baby I'm a bad man, Good lovin' gone bad, That's what I want to say, Good lovin' bad, good lovin', Good lovin' gone bad, Oh, baby I'm a bad man, Good lovin gone bad, Good lovin' gone bad, Good lovin' gone bad, I'm a sad man, Don't stand in my way, 'Cause baby I'm a bad man, Yeah, yeah, yeah.......
The best straight forward, no non-sense classic rock band of all time. No gimmicks, no overbearing solos, just great songs.
They always deliver live the many many hits-the best from the best.
Truly one of the greatest rock voices of all time seen him back 87 with foreigner
Excuse me, but to my knowledge Paul Rogers never sang with Foreigner..
That's Lou gram your thinking of
The ageless voice of Paul Rodgers is a Rock 'n Roll "Force to be Reckoned With". So glad he is Keepin' the Faith Alive!
Don't know if he believes it, but God truly gave him a gift.

And when I say it's over, that's it, I'm gonna quit! Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Now I ain't complaining, just try'n to understand
