Didn’t expect that performance from Ipswich today as a Leeds fan I thought you were awful. Think we tend to struggle more against teams who play with a low block and don’t try to score whereas you guys went for it today and that kind of played into our hands. Long way to go yet gonna be an exciting race for automatics between you lot, us and saints i feel.

We were off it badly today. Totally out of sorts. Maybe the Norwich game knocked them but we played poorly.
This is the Championship. Yes we were dominant today, but these games happen. You guys have been fantastic and considering the budget its great watching you guys and this is one of those games which happens to every team from top to the bottom.
You guys have a great team spirit and that's what I think could keep you in the top 2, good luck for the rest of the season.

Must say Alex although im a Leeds fan ive watched your channel a few times and you present it very well and balanced...must say we never let you play today and your lads couldnt handle our attack and its possible the transfer window could decide the issue...seen some great games between us even the fa cup replays at Leicester in the 70.s ....must say it was great to see Leif open his Leeds account today and was our best asset with a goal and one assist bless him..take care

@@JoolsUK .....Very true mate...the difference i believe in both sides is Ipswich can win tight games where we can struggle and we waste a lot when in an advantage position when your lads seem more positive but we are still a bit lob sided when Ioswich seem well balanced ....the top four three were expected to be there but coming up from one and storming along is more than impressive although i must think what could have been if we didnt start our transfers about a night before the start of the season but thats football...i never get carried away and i'll be on edge boxing day...yesterday was one of them games for both sides ...take care

“I actually wanna go home” classic! What I can’t get my head around - as a Leeds fan - is how Ipswich are 7 points ahead. I guess you’re a lot better at grinding out results when teams park the bus whereas Leeds in those situations seem to struggle and end up in defeat or at best a draw. Ipswich came to play open football and that’s manna from heaven for our speedy front line as it showed. Great video and appreciate the compliments.

I’m a Cardiff fan, and I have to say that was a pretty good vlog. Well made and edited, so congratulations on that. From my point of view, Ipswich brought a good away following, made a lot of noise, and also behaved themselves. They played well, and I think the majority of City fans had expected Ipswich to win. Turned out, that game was probably City’s best performance for a good few months, and we deserved the win. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Every Leeds player was on absolute fire today. Ipswich will bounce back for sure, I just hope Leeds can get in front of them as our record in play offs is dire. Never once been promoted via play offs, ever.

Our day today. But as a Leeds fan I know how bad and good it can be. We were poor vs Sunderland. You guys have been amazing all season. I am sure you will take it on the chin and carry on. The reason why there were Leeds fans in the Ipswich end was you didn't sell your full allocation of tickets so the club sold them to our fans.
We were on it today which happens occasionally.

The fact that Leeds sold that bottom tier to Leeds Fans is only for 1 of 2 reasons:
1. You didn’t sell or didn’t take up the whole allocation.
2. Leeds gave you a smaller allocation in return for the pitiful allocation you gave us.
As it cost the club extra money (in stewarding costs) to police the split set up (for no extra income) I suspect either you couldn’t sell or didn’t take up the full allocation.
If Ipswich didn’t take up the full allocation I could understand - 2 days before Christmas, an early kickoff and the A14, maybe they didn’t think they could sell them all.
Also notice Ipswich didn’t take up the reciprocal pricing deal.
Nonsense - we sold out our allocation and we've sold out all allocations away this season. You didn't give us any more tickets.
@@ron9516we gave Leeds the usual allocation given to all away fans - 2,300.
@@MarlboroughBlenheim1we give the away fans that whole block for every home game and then only sell to home fans if the allocation isn’t taken up. For whatever reason Ipswich Town FC didn’t take up the whole allocation. You’ll need to take it with your own club why they didn’t take up the whole allocation, the same as you’ll have to take it up with your own club why they didn’t accept a reciprocal pricing deal. You could have been paying £20 a ticket instead of £47

Great vlog and some good perspective. I’d said before hand I hoped you came and played your normal attacking game, that would give us the best opportunity of winning, even though the team are confident in their ability, they only need to look at teams that go toe to toe with us at home to see the outcome. The front four for Leeds is as potent as you can get and giving them space to run into is suicide. I don’t think there is any need for knee jerk reactions and talk of bringing players in for those who didn’t perform today is clearly in the best of the moment. I suspect you will find out what the squad is made of once the two games with Leicester are out of the way !!!

Thanks for your honesty and mild appreciation in recognising the task that's imbedded in coming to Elland Road. I personally didn't think that there was 4 goals between the 2 sides today, Davies coming home was the difference in reality. We regretted letting him go because we loved him, that has to be the worst game I've ever seen him have.

59k views is incredible. It shows how big Leeds are . Regarding that fan being interviewed at the end about the 46 quid tickets thats what Leeds fans pay in that stand so Leeds offer every team a deal ie 25 quid each way for both sets of away fans and some reject the offer and some dont. Ipswich must have rejected it.

At least they came and tried to have a go! Sick of seeing teams come to ER and stick 2 banks of 5 behind the ball. As we all know Leeds always struggle to break through that system. For a so called ''League 1 side', they have emabarrassed a lot of ''Championship sides'' this season. Fair play fella. These results happen to the best of us every now and again. I don't agree with lad at the end about Ipswich ''not turning up'' though. I think Leeds played you off the park and just were better in every department across the pitch, you were restrained to 2 shots, both off target, and touched the ball 3 times in our penalty box in the entire first half. Second half I can't remember an Ipswich player touching the ball in our box. Not one shot at goal in the entire second 45. That was as dominant a performance you you see on a football pitch.
Now Ipswich are second in the table for a reason and on merit, you have played quality football this season and ground out results throughout. Only half way through the season, plenty of twists and turns to go yet. We all know it is gonna be between Leeds, Ipswich and Southampton for that second auto spot.

You do some great vlogs mate. Really very good stuff. I think Ipswich will be more than pushing for auto promotion this season. We've done you twice but two games against leeds do not define your season. It's a marathon and not a sprint. Ipswich are consistent and pick up lots of points. Leeds are just as likley to lose their next game!

Think your been a bit harsh on yourselves if im been honest especially on the post match interviews. You have just been promoted and your aim is staying up. Your 7 points clear of us at halfway point your having a phenomenal season. We will destroy nearly most of the division on form but we will drop points in games we shouldnt as we have seen recently. Its the unpredictability of the championship, you are going to get play offs bare minimum and even if you dont its not the end of the world, you should be incredibly proud of your team and manager for what you have achieved past two seasons, you play some fantasic stuff, just not today. There is more pressure on us than you to get second spot so just enjoy the ride. Great content as always and merry christmas. MOT

Cannot believe the dude interviewed after the game is having a pop at the players. The players don’t choose not to play well and given the year we have had how can we complain about 1 bad performance. Having that bad performance against a team we may have lost to with a good performance is better than if it were an average team.
Thought the same, a bit off that. Think your lot have played some quality football throughout the first halg of the seaso. Leeds played you off the turf today, first ti every ball and literally stopped you from playing altogether, it happens. One thing he did say that I greeed with though. It will give you players a wake up call, can't get complacent in this league, it will bite you an the aris quick smart. Let the chase begin!!!
Every team gets bad results like this, but it's consistency that counts over a very long season. Town are very consistent but we're a bit flaky tbh. I could easily see us get a draw or narrow defeat next time out. Mind you, Town have Foxes away so that'll be really tough. It'll be a hard fought end to the season for sure, especially with Saints getting into a groove.... Enjoy the hols, Townies! :)
