did this trek around 10 yrs back (Dec 2012)..from Lonavala side...it was my only whole night trek..reached the village at 4 AM in the morning and had to sleep for 2 hrs (till 6 AM) at the lawn of the village as the villagers wake up after 6..

Maximum 500 rs will be enough if you carry your own food and travel by vadap (local taxi) from karjat station. Try to negotiate bcuz they charge very high.
