Via The Jewel Shopping Mall & We Also Would Able To See A Wonderful Jewel Tallest Rain Vortex & The View Of Jewel Scenery Throughout The Journey. The Changi Airport Skytrain Which Is Upgraded From 2 Train Cabin Sets To 3 Train Cabin Set. As For Now, The Skytrain From T3 - T2 Will Only Operates For Transit Passengers Only From Friday 12 April 2019 - 16 April 2019. From Wednesday 17 April 2019 Onwards, The Skytrain From T3 - T2 Might Be Officially Opens To Public Who Wanted To Transfer From Terminal 3 - Terminal 2. Which Is Together With The Opening Date Of Changi Airport Jewel To Public From Wednesday. 17 April 2019 Onwards.

Those wondering why public cannot use, changi airport is afraid too many people squeeze onboard and hog it just to pass and see Jewel instead of letting other passengers who really need to transit use it.

Changi Airport Jewel Mall Is Very Nice, No Problem For Me Of Going There Everydays, Because I Can See The Beautiful Gardens & The Rain Vortex.

@@nwxzzz The Link Bridge is a bit far towards Jewel. But minimum time is 4 - 5 mins to reached there
For the simple reason that the sky train do not have the capacity to carry the huge volume of passenger heading to the jewel.

Ya lor. Public area must operate two car instead of one car. Because public area at Changi Airport are more crowded than transit area.

they open 2 car for transit till 16 April.From 17 april onwards than skytrain will open 2 car for public.There are also barriers on 1st and 2nd car at 3:48
