Great, but the exposed wires of Tvs do not match for rest of the design, better to use wall paneling to hide wires, and using glass hand railings for inside and outside may add extra beauty to the house.

මේ වීඩියෝ එකේ ස්පීඩ් එක හොඳයි.මේ වගේ ලොකු ගෙයක් වෙලාව අරන් හිමිට හිමිට කරානම් පැයකටත් වඩා runtime එක යනවා. ඕන අය අදාළ තැන් pause කරලා හරි rewind කරලා හරි බලන්න. මේ වගේ ගෙයක් ඇත්තටම purchase කරන කෙනෙක් වුනත් මේ වීඩියෝව හිමිට හිමිට බල බල ඉන්නේ නැ. ඕන කරන key points බැලුවා . price එක බැලුවා . appointment එකක් දාන් ගිහිං ගේ බැලුවා. මොකද ගේකට කෝටි 15 ක් වියදම් කරන මනුස්සයෙක් ඒ ඉන්වෙස්ට්මෙන්ට් decision එක සම්පුර්ණයෙන්ම TH-cam වීඩියෝ එකක් මත රැඳිලා ගන්නේ නැ. අඩුමගානේ රට ඉන්න කෙනෙක් වුනත් එයාගේ කවුරුහරි යවලා මුළු ගේම වීඩියෝ කරන් හරි ආයි ආයි බලලා තමා තීරණයක් ගන්නේ. වීඩියෝ දිග වැඩියි කියන උන්දලට කිව්වේ.🙏☝

Finally! A decently designed house with a good colour palette. But still there are design flaws.
No pool room or outdoor shower. (You have to come thru the house wet to get to a bathroom.
Please stay away from using flowered tiles which doesn’t go with the style of the house.
A lot of maintenance will be needed.
They are called Bedside tables in the master bedroom. Odd place to have a safe. Why are the windows obscured? You immediately loose bringing nature inside!
Good blinds will help with privacy.
150 is 3.75 million a square foot? Is that justified.

i agree with you regarding flower style tiles & obscured windows in master bedroom. i bet this is made to a custom order,may be they prefer it that way.(saw couple of photos in wall.)
normally this kind of house definitely needed a maid or two.people have this kind of buying power certainly do not care about that i think.
150Mil as i heard.(23:05) so house is 7800Sqft. which leaves the cost per Sq-ft is .19,230. Total Land 40 Perches. And with all the furniture's & Electrical Items.

I also think the Bathrooms are too small and showers oddly placed.
Small attention to detail is very necessary and furniture is also definitely not my style.
