Yes. You are lucky you waited long enough for the new model to come out. I ended up putting in a completely different camera anyway, but it was really annoying for months having that camera go into parking mode while I was driving. Thanks for watching.

I'm thinking of just getting the front facing camera in my Ranger for two reasons. First, Ford wants about 6 hours of labor to install the front and rear because they basically have to pull the headliner, and I really dont want to do it myself. To just do the front should be way less labor intensive. Second, if I get rear-ended and someone tries to say I backed into them, the front camera should reveal which direction I was moving or if I was stopped at the time of impact.
