My kid had this exact toy as a gift, and for months, I was looking at it, and thinking "damn this would be great if it was RC." And I was thinking of doing this and also using servos as drive motors and also 3d printed sprockets, basically everything exactly like you did. And today I was like - lets look on youtube if someone has done something like that, and you show up 😂 now I am definitely doing this 😊
I’m trying to figure out how to convert the bruder street sweeper to rc there’s a guy from Switzerland named barste he has a utube channel he made one really cool
@@wenkueichiang1976 yes, it would be. I have so many other large projects that I’m working on right now it’s ridiculous. I’m currently trying to make a bruder Haybar into a fully functional Baylor that can actually bail hay bales and I’m also working on a fully functional combine and forge harvester that can actually cut grass chop it and sort it, so yeah, I’ve been busy😂
lincluding the servos and electronics and 3D printed parts I think it’s well worth it some people don’t have access to 3D printers at all mate your a hero

Can you go more in depth about how you prevented the bucket servo from returning to its starting position ?
@@jaredwilkins4938 pretty much what I did was I turned it into a 360° servo and that’s how I made it hold position
