Nice! I like how the small tires are helping in putting down gobs of torque.I want to use a similar power set up on a Motoped frame. That way I'll give Sur Ron a run for their money :D
Are those aliexpress 3000w72v middrive kits any good? I got the crf70 model with bigger tires so I guess I need the extra 1000watts. And what lipos would you advice me? Thanks would like to hear from you, and you got an extra subscriber👍🏻
I have only been using mine for a little while but so far it has been going really well considering I have gotten it swamping wet and muddy every ride so far,! its a very very strong motor for its size the "2000w" version is more than enough even for a crf70 size bike, personally I wouldn't even bother with the larger 3000w version, also ignore that they are called 2000-3000w as in reality my 2000w motor can pull 11000w+ and the 3000w 25+kw which would be absurd haha. as for lipos ive gone with cheap turnigy 3 x 6s 20ah lipos in series for 18s and so far they are doing well and seem to deliver a good amount of amps but choosing the battery is often the most difficult part of the build.. Hope this helps, anything ele just ask!
@@VOLITANT Oh so your kit is from Aliexpress aswell? Thought it would be a brand or something, thing is sick haha! What would be an estimated guess of the costs? Wanted to buy a mx10 but they are so small and real expensive, and I've got a rolling chassis because my transmission broke on that engine. I want an electric bike for the woods like the mountainbike trails
Hey nice bike you built Could you tell me what kind of pit bike you used for your conversion? because I would like to build a electric pit bike in this size
@@VOLITANT do you think I could use the qs 1000w 90 motor for my build or should I go with the 2000w motor? And do u know what peak power I could get from the 1000w motor?
@@lel9460 i wondered about that size motor myself and whilst it could be used and i think rough estimates 5-6kw peak, depending on the rider weight it might not be satisfactory, id estimate the 1000w version could reach 35-40mph but thats a rough estimate with many many variables so its hard to say, if the bike is inted for younger lighter riders it would probably be fantastic
Where did you get that cable throttle to hall sensor converter? Can you fine tune throttle twist amount by moving the magnets inside closer to the hall sensor?
Hello bud, they are sold cheap on aliexpress called "AKCND electric throttle" you cant change the sensors position but depending on your throttle on handlebars you can adjust how much rotation is needed for full throttle
Love how it's so quick and so quiet you could go anywhere on that and get away

Is this motor and battery setup more powerful than the one that’s in a surron?
This is pretty cool. Looks like it has a lot of torque!
Thanks bud! it does haha! check my latest vid for some big roosts from this little bike!
Hoy. Nice bike. Can you show how you connected these batteries in more detail?

Do you ever have problems with the motor overheating?

Could you tell me what kind of pit bike you used for your conversion? because I would like to build a electric pit bike in this size
Thanks, the chassis was built from second hand parts but is a pretty typical crf50 sized frame with 10" wheels

What do you do to charge The batteries?
And you link where you got the parts from to me please
You can get the parts from Aliexpress.com I have a similar setup in my CR80 build (I have more power)
AWESOME!!! :)
How many volts is one turnigy battery at max? do they reach 24v?
25.2v fully charged
Thanks then ill buy two of them for my 1000w 48v
how long till you have to re charge
depends on many many factors, I get around 10-15 miles with this current battery but i could easily fit twice the capacity
VOLITANT ok thx 👌

VOLITANT thanks
How much is cost
Cost me around £800-900
what is the top speed?
With the current gearing, which is quite low, it does 50mph on gps
Hey I love the build and the video was wondering if u have an Instagram I can contact u at to help me woth my build
Cheers bud, my insta is @dialectual
@@VOLITANT thx apprciate that
