If you judged someone for a sin that you do as well before ever hearing the gospel can you still be saved by believing on Christ and nothing else being required?
Yes. When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, all your sins are blotted out forever. You are sealed by the Holy Spirit for the day of redemption. Everyone of us sins, or we would not need salvation. Your spirit will be filled with The Holy Spirit, thus your spirit is born again. Father God does not want to remember our sins, and therefore our sins are as far as the east is from the west the Bible says. Saint Paul says the flesh wars against the spirit, meaning our carnal minds and thoughts which are imperfect battle against our spirits which are perfect in Christ. We will spend the rest of our lives changing our mortal ways to be more spiritual, more like Jesus. No man is perfect, but God reads our hearts. And the Bible says there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus! Saint Paul says in the book of Ephesians 2:8, “We are saved by grace through faith, not of ourselves, lest anyone should boast.” I hope this was helpful.
