Glad I could help! As for the moon photography, sorry I don't have anything...have never tried to be honest. A T7 should be fine, as it's more about the lens you use I think.

I have a T7i, and EVERY video I see has a very deep menu with 7-10 tabs like yours, but mine only has 4 or 5 tabs with 2-4 options per tab I'm having trouble connecting external mics (and my Zoom H6) and cannot find the setting. Is there an external program that gives these extra menu option? Or is it some setting I missed? Thanks!
My guess is that you have your mode dial (spinning dial on top of the camera) on something like Av Tv P or sports mode...and not Manual (M). Each mode has a different set of menu items that will show up. If you switch to M, they should all be there. Let me know if that works for you?
I have a question, how do you get to the quick control screen from the menu because when I was using this camera I tried pressing random button to get back to the quick control screen but I just can’t seemed to do it. What exactly do I press ????
Hi Shawn, I pushed something had a square showed up on the view panel and by clicking some button- the square moved up and down. Can you tell me what I did?
When you're in liveview mode (push the video record button while in photo mode) the 4 buttons around the "set" button will move the "focus box" around on the screen. Hope that helps.

No. Nothing like blinkies/zebras on the T7.

Any idea why I don't have the 'Aspect Ratio' option in my EOS T3 Menu? Thought I was going crazy looking for it... but seems like it's just not there.

If I'm in menu and I click on the Display button a window pops up with memors space, etc.
Is there a way to show the battery percentage?
