I've had my pool for about 20 years, never had it acid washed. I believe the plaster is still good. I just have some stains on bottom where calcification went over dirt. I live in Scottsdale Arizona, do you know or can refer to someone you know that you trust to do my acid wash? Thank you for the great video!

Do you have any recommendations on a company in Massachusetts that will acid wash my pool? I can not seem to find a company near me that will do that. Even the company that does my weekly cleaning will not do it.
It is a personal preference we are working professionals and do this all the time I would recommend a dual filtration respirator if you are a homeowner attempting this type of work on your own or using a 100% acid solution which we often times do or recommend
A Resperator is 100% required. Acid fumes damage the lungs. Anyone who works without a respirator is Not a Professional and is clearly unfit for this type of work.
$550 minimum set-up...up to around $850 for larger work or pools with a spa etc...lately we have been using 100% acid solutions, no dilution hope this helps!
Do it yourself for under $100, buy Acid Magic , acid brush, respirator, goggles and rubber boots. It's an easy job that requires no special skill or ability.
This is all very basic stuff to learn you can essentially learn the job as on-the-job training there are five steps to a service call skim the top vacuum the bottom brush the pool empty your skimmer and pump basket and do your chemicals I'm happy to coach you through the steps and act as a mentor to get you started you can buy all the tools that you need to get started for less than $1,000 it is a pretty easy business to get into however it does require a tremendous amount of hustle to acquire customers maintained the customers and make it a year-round profitable thing

Where did you pump that acid drainage out to? Down a drain? Garden?
Neutralize it 1st with soda ash
Sewage clean out to the house
Drain
Dirt area
I use a full 25 pound soda ash bucket
