I'm so glad I found this online. I used to do this at one of the gyms here in New York City and the results were astounding! I'm still trying to figure out as to why this hasn't gained so much popularity. It deserves so much more! Glad it's online.
I just did this class and I’m amazed at the difference in how I felt before and after. The cues were clear and easy to follow. Heading over to sign up for the on demand classes.
Thank you Sue! Im new to MELT and really noticing everything before and after. Wow.
This class was offered at my gym in NYC. I did it once and that was it. Every weekend I was at the 10 am class. Wow I felt great. So glad its on line now I can do this at home!
Thanks for sharing! So happy that MELTing can be part of your routine now :)
Thank you so much!! I had a surgery and have been down for 13 weeks. I'm so out of balance and my back has been hurting so bad. I just used the Melt Roller. That makes such a difference compared to the towel. Thanks !!!
Love it! 💙 So happy to help!
It's easier hear than watching the CD I own. Thank you.
That's great to hear! We have so many resources here! (plus check out our MELT Method App - which is our streaming video service, we add videos there weekly- including our upcoming MELTed Pilates!)
thank you
This is my standard routine following my treadmill workout.
It is helping me to say good bye neck pains. Thank you for share this fantastic method.
Excellent!!!
Hiya, Sue! Thank you for this. Love my MELT Method tools
I’m getting extremely interested in The MELT Method, but I’m a 6’5” and 250-265 lb. male. Will the equipment support my size and strength? I don’t mean that I’m “The Beast” anymore, more like “the deceased”! but I’m not quittin’! Just a question
Excellent! I would enjoy it even more if you spoke a bit more slowly.
You can slow down the play back.
Why do my calves hurt so much when I or with them shearing or otherwise
We recommend doing the MELT Foot treatments and then lower body compression sequences! start slowly with your MELT practice, MELTing only 10mins as a time and make sure to sip water before and after for the best results. Pain is often a sign that you may be going too fast, too soon or may need to work indirectly instead of directly on the painful area.
@@MELTmethod Thank you. Yes I’m new to this and eager to be pain free.
Love
How do I get rid of stiffness? I have arthritis but not in pain
MELT is great for reducing stiffness! You'll want to start with the basics, such as the Hand and Foot Treatments, as well as the Rebalance sequence before trying a more direct approach depending on where you feel the stiffness. We also have a getting started guide on MELT On Demand that would be great to follow if you're new :) You can find this in our website meltmethod.com.
Can I do this method if I have osteo arthritis and degenerative discs?
Yes, however, there's a specific approach we recommend as we never want to cause pain to get out of pain, so it's best to MELT indirectly before directly targeting any specific areas that may be experiencing pain or inflammation.
If you're new to MELT, I recommend starting with the basics, which would be the Hand and Foot treatments at least 3x per week. Then after a couple of weeks, you can follow the Getting Started guide in MELT On Demand.
To confirm, this is not the video to follow if you aren't an experienced MELTer.
@@MELTmethod I am a Massotherapist and have kept my body going pretty well with a lot of fascial stretching, chiropractic care, medical massage, essential oils, vits, etc. I've been watching your videos and educating myself more. I appreciate you sharing all your knowledge.
I am definitely going to take the slow and steady approach.
As I have learned from my past.
Thanks again!
We are so happy you found the MELT Method, feel free to contact us if you have any questions! 💙
@@MELTmethod Thank you so much! ❤️
@@MELTmethod if you have vascular insufficiency will Melting help this?
I have two or three veins on my bilateral lower medial legs, just above the ankle.
The vascular surgeon is wanting to do VenaSeal and then phlebectomy.
So I was wondering if MELTing could correct this instead of having a procedure?
Thank you!
Mary Leonard
