Jimmy Page, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eddie Van Halen heck even country players like Glen Campbell and Roy Clark are great as well. Roy could actually play banjo and fiddle as well and was great at all of them. It's too subjective to say one is better than all the rest.

Absolutely love Blackmore with Purple and Rainbow but I never really bothered with Blackmore's Knight. Until now! This is beautiful, his background playing compliments the perfect vocals faultlessly.
