    As someone who works with both of these softwares on a daily basis workday is infinity more complex to operate you will need much more time and resources dedicated to just the day to day activities.

    Appreciate the unbiased approach here. A couple corrections. Workday's Financial product was developed by Workday and is not new. It was released with the Core HCM and Pay solution when the company was founded. Neither the HCM functionality nor the Financials functionality would qualify as what is called "Bolt On", as they use the same data model and are in one line of code developed by Workday not 3rd parties, nor were they acquisitions, like People Docs. This requires no integration cross functionally. I would be curious to know the number of failed Workday implementations vs. Ulti or Success Factors, would be interesting to get real data there.
