Dude , his Cluster 1 in Piramal Vaikunth which has 3 buildings in it , Piramal has already given the possession in Oct 2022. He is not telling the complete story, the story of him trying to be oversmart , to save some money because of his delayed payment .

True that, my father got trapped in their scam. They gave him four different loans on the name of two top up loans and two housing loans. The value of our house is 40 lakhs, and he got one home loan of 5.5 lakhs and one 2.5 lakhs now that soon after taking this, he got paralysed and bedridden and they are threatening us to pay else loose the property. Being a single bread winner, it's been difficult for me to pay emis of 27k plus fathers medical bill plus my mother too met with an accident this year. Life is hell for me and Noone is ready to listen. I don't know what shall I do
If what he says is true, Piramal has committed a crime. Politicians and the government should take note of this, or no one will purchase property in India. And the population that spends the most will leave the country.

While I used to like your work previously it seems that these days you are hell bent on publishing any story without validating while you yourself are way more aware of how the industry works . While the guy purchased the flat in 2019 / 2020 and he did not pay anything after initial down payment based on slab completion till August 2022 and then he expect no interest to be levied . How can one forget after investing 12 lacs . Even if he had no business why did not he tell them to cancel his flat previously . And I will never buy the fact that real estate companies will not provide demand letters based on slab completion . He thought he could act smart and get the interest waived just before possession but he was outsmarted by the Piramal guys . Please post stories which make sense and which people can believe not half truth as many of ur viewers believe you for the content u make . You are booking flat based on price of 2019 and don’t want to pay anything till 2022 and expect no interest will be charged. In Dec 2022, account statement remade showing interest after receipt of agreed payment, is clear fraud. Pls contact flat buyer and take up his plea n recover his money ur way, if u feel this channel is unfair towards builders. Do post your feedback once you recover money so all others will be benefited.

Even I am facing this issue with late payment interest charges with Piramal group and totally helpless...please let me know if you are able to get any solutions....all the payments were done on timely manner but after almost 5 years I have told that there was a late payment for year 2018-2020 and there is a outstanding amount of 15k. I never received any communication or reminder from Piramal group about this late payment, and only in 2023 I came to know of this penalty and I am stuck now... also cluster 2 project got delayed from 2023 to 2024 and there was no mail or communications from Piramal on this change of deliver date I am totally disappointed with Piramal Vaikunth project and seems like I am stuck with these people....

Piramal sales staff are extremely rude.. i visited them when they had lot of demand just post covid, and their behaviour was very unprofessional.
