    I love dates for breakfast in my oatmeal! Chop them up and finely chop up an apple, put those into a pot with some water so they can get soft. Add oatmeal! I also add cinnamon and almond milk!

    I love blending soaked dates with vanilla and cinnamon to make a caramel sauce for sliced apples

    i love making a vanilla cinnamon date smoothie! you can add protein powder if you want and use almond milk. i’ve also done a “mocha” coffee flavor and i throw in 3 dates. you really can’t taste them a whole lot in smoothies!

    Someone may have already suggested this. , Soak a few dates in water for several hours or overnight, then blend them with a tablespoon or so of coconut oil. It turns into a creamy Carmel tasting dipping sauce. I would enjoy it with sliced apples. So tasty💃🏼.

    I eat dates in my oatmeal with almond Milk, peanut butter, and cinnamon! SO GOOD! I don’t cook the dates, I add them in last so they’re still whole

    Cut the date in half take out the out put in your favorite type of nut I prefer walnuts then rolled them in coconut sugar or coconut flakes! Really yummy

    I am from KSA and we eat dates all year long, my advice to you is dipping them into tahini you will looooove them since you’ve tried them with PB. Good luck 👍🏼

    My favorite way to eat dates is chopped up in oatmeal! I just chop a medjool date and add it to oatmeal along with almond butter, granola, a few chocolate chips, and a splash of milk! I’be been eating this like every morning lol, I always look forward to it 😋

    dates and cashew butter!! also dates in oatmeal, dates in yogurt, DATES ON EVERYTHING.

    Hi Becca! I recommend chopping up the dates and eating them in oatmeal. In my last pregnancy I ate them with peanut butter basically every time because I was really enjoying them that way, and I found it was nice to sip cold red raspberry leaf tea with them. Other than homemade Lara bars my other suggestion would be one or two in a smoothie.

    So random but I love dates with almonds. Specifically smokehouse flavor almonds. Love that salty sweet combo!

    I eat a ton of dates already because I’m plant based and it’s a great source of nutrients! I make a “rawnola” with them. I got the recipe from Ellen Fisher, but basically it’s 1c oats, 6-7 dates, 1T cacao nibs, 2T coconut flakes, half a banana all blended in a food processor. You could put your yogurt on top of it, or I do almond milk and berries. So good! You could eat half and save the other half in the fridge so you get your 3-4 in a day.

    As a Cali girl, I add a ton of greens or fresh produce into my white chili. When it is almost done, I throw in a bunch of kale, chinese greens or whatever I have in the fridge. It is a good way to sneak in more veggies in. And if you want the broth to be thicker, I add in some cornmeal or flour to thicken.

    Dates are wonderful in smoothies! They make them so sweet. They are also great chopped up in cereal or oatmeal instead of raisins.

    You can blend soft dates with a little warm water, vanilla optional, to make a “caramel sauce” you can dip apples into or drizzle over yogurt.

    I like dates with a small schmear of cream cheese. Used to use hazelnut from Panera I dont think it exists anymore but I think they have a pecan kinda from Philadelphia

    What if you made raw brownies? I use 2 cups medjool dates 1 cup almond s 2-3 tablespoons cacao powder and splash of water, blend it up, flatten refrigerate and cut into bars.
    I also love dates with almond butter or cooked into porridge

    I love stuffing my dates with almond butter then dipping them into vanilla yogurt. Trust me, it's so delicious! My husband even loves it. 😍

    One way to eat dates it's with cream cheese! It's pretty tasty!

    Stuff the date with a walnut (or pecan) and wrap in bacon(we use turkey bacon) and use a toothpick to hold in place. Then bake off until bacon is crispy! We make them during the holiday time for appetizers and always a hit!

    Blend the dates up in a smoothie! .... I also like to make date “caramel” sauce [tons of recipes on Pinterest] and dip apples in it!

    Blend them with frozen bananas and raw cacao or cinnamon, almond milk if you want a smoothie or just as banana icecream is delicious!

    The smaller organic dates at Costco are deglet noor dates I think. I keep my bag of deglet noor dates in the freezer then just grab a hand full, split them in half to make little boats, put pb or almond butter on each one, sprinkle mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut on each one, and then sprinkle with flake see salt. Even without the chocolate, the sprinkle of salt makes it!!!
    PS. I saw a recipe recently where the dates were stuffed with peanut butter, then coated with melted chocolate, sprinkled with flake salt then chilled in the freezer. 😋

    Try the banana toast with what you did plus a few sliced almonds, a drizzle of honey, and a few chia seeds 😍 so yummy

    A amazing way to enjoy dates is to split the date, take the pit out and stuff it with a walnut and pop it under the boiler in the toaster oven just till its warm. The sugars crystallize and its so good! Karen

    Warm the dates up in the microwave for like 7 secs and then put almond butter in them- heavenly!

    Made little desserts with them:
    split them open added peanut butter then dipped in melted chocolate and topped with hemp seeds and put them in fridge until hard. They taste like a candy bar
    Also smoothie
    Banana
    Dates
    Peanut or almond butter
    Almond milk
    Ice

    Dates blended with almonds and walnuts are great rolled into an energy ball. Throw in some chocolate chips or coconut for extra flavor.

    Date Sauce! Soak a few dates in water so they soften, and then blitz them in a blender (I use NutriBullet) with a bit of cinnamon, and then it's a nice sauce. I like to dip raw carrots or celery in it. It's like a sweet natural caramel sauce!

    You could eat the dates in a salad! My favorite salad is with mixed greens, roasted potatoes, chopped dates, walnuts and goat cheese.

    In terms of the dates you can make your own dates bars just mix the dates with different types of nuts in a bowl and then put them in a container make the bar ship and cut it out or you can make this mix and shape it balls bits! In islam it is will known about the relation between dates and good labor
    It is even written in the holy Quraan

    Try using the dates in ur oatmeal ! I love it instead of maple syrup to sweeten it! Especially cooking them in on the stove!

    Dates with a bit of blue cheese are so good! The sweetness tastes really good against the fatty/salty cheese and makes for a more balanced snack. Cheddar, feta or goat cheese would be yummy too! They are also easy to just toss in a smoothie :)

    another way to incorporate some dates (in a smaller amount though) would be in lara bars! a lot of lara bars have dates of one of their four or so ingedients and lara bars are delish

    You could make dates bars. Chop them up, add some nuts and a little bit of cinnamon (to much cinnamon is not good when you're pregnant). Squeeze everything together in a bar. And roll the bars in grated coconut or coconut flakes. So easy and so delicious :)

    Make some homemade Lara bars! Tons of recipes online, just throw some dates, almonds, cacao nibs/chocolate chips and any nut butter you have in a food processor! So yummy.

    Mix cream cheese with honey and cinnamon. Slice the side of the date, remove the pit, and put in he cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle pistachios on top.
    They’re also delicious dipped in cream or tahini.

    There is this girl on IG called Hannah Bower and she was recently pregnant and she made a blueberry smoothie with the dates. You’d have to look a while back I think 😅😅 but you get the idea... she did a smoothie lol

    Literally just seeing this video, I’ve been behind :( but I really enjoy chopped dates in my oatmeal. I use GF oatmeal, blueberries, some dates, almond, and a little peanut butter and it keeps me full for a few hours :)

    Stick a few pecans or walnuts inside the dates it taste like pecan pie amazing!!!!!! I'm not a huge date fan either but this way is amazing
