Amp rack is the most entertaining part of car audio to watch and to do.
It’s also the most time consuming. When your an installer and it’s all about how fast can you be done to move on to the next install. It can drive you crazy as well.

Just finished up my panel . Two amps , two fuse blocks, distribution box and DSP. I was able to have about an inch and half behind the panel when mounted to the back seat in the trunk of my Lexus. This allowed me to run all signal wires in the back of the panel and all the power plus ground wires in front . Keeping them separate to help with ground noise. I drill holes through the panel to run the signal wires through. Wish I could show pictures. Enjoy your work very much.

So far what I’ve captured from these videos is to start from the trunk and build your way forward, right? Crazy how all these years I start from the front and build my way back.
Thank goodness I have time at the FireStation because it would have cost a fortune to have somebody like you to do it
Where do you guys find the speaker wire color Heat shrinks. White Grey Green and Purple
A distribution power block and a ground distribution block could have been used...

Dean ? How did you get rca input signal on the 800.1 use used a stinger 4000 6ch for the 600.6 did you run a single RCA for the sun input . I believe that dsr-1 is 8 ch out

What gauge do you run to that amp for this install looks extremely clean
Having that laser at your disposal I would've came up with some kind of 5 star/kicker plaque to cover up the upside down kicker logo.
The Kicker logo is not upside down. If you've watched their videos, you can see the mounting ears. Those ears mount on the rear seat bolts. That means when you're in the back seat and move the front seat forward the Kicker logo is in the correct position.
@@ricardomolina4605 if you watched the videos the kicker amps are being mounted on the back wall behind the rear seat upside down for better wire management. The integration box is going under the front seat.
What gauge wire to the speakers?
I have a 2016 Honda Accord and I want to put sub and change out the speakers. Running a Rockford fosgate 1500bdc and amp for the speakers like 300.4 Doing a big 3, will I be okay with a stock alternator or just a secondary battery or something like the 4xspower D5100R. Thanks for any feed back.
Couldn't sleep thinking about upside down Kicker logos.....lol...come on kicker make them reverseable....drives old anal installers crazy
