    From Malta Gozo ,i live with 5 barn owls .My owl is so intelligent ,that I make a good living from the shows i make of her.

      not flying, 2 chicks a day, when flying one chick or chick and a half for keeping the flying weight :-)

    What size is your aviary for your owl?
    I have a 5m x 4m space for an aviary to go up.

      mine is 4 years old now, i've start training him when he was 3 months old :-)! if you want to train him safely then you should know his full weight. also find a mentor that can help you directly! it's not something you can learn from the internet xD i try to help but it's really not that easy

    Hey, I own a barn owl and I'm not sure how much to feed. How many times a day do you feed yours? Mines about 21-28 days old.

    I have got a barn owl and she will fly to her purch but then when I show her a chick and call her no matter what I do she will not fly back so I was just wondering if you could please give me some advice how to make her fly to me please reply Adam

    Hi john I am looking into getting a bird of prey or and owl and I'm looking into either getting a barn owl or a harris hawk what would you say would be a better bird I am 12 and I might take my bird hunting my bird hunting it depends what it get PLZ can you reply and if you recommend another species of bird of prey or owl tell me PLZ reply thanks

    I saved a owl like this one from crazy crow.But this bird is not taking food by himself.I keep him open but he is not flying eatin nothing.so i am feeding him like a mother bird do.what can i do now?
    If i leave him alone in jungle he will not survive.please give me suggestion.I am giving beef as food.

    I dont understand why people keep birds as pets, kept in cages they can`t fly which they love...If I were you, I would let her go, and be happy for her--enjoying freedom, its a sad picture bird in a cage :((((

      leeoh moon the owl is hand reared so would not survive in the wild . Also if it wasn't for falconers a LOT of these types of birds would be in real danger in the wild
