Well I think there are better use of meter. There is a 42% (only lower by 6%) that is easy to do without use of interactables and only 1 meter usage. The super uses 4 meters and your combo requires a background interactable, which means it's situational as in needing full meter and to be in the right place. It is however, because of the fact that it goes up to 48%, would be best use to finish off an opponent if one thinks it'll take out their remaining health.
