What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.

I can't even count how many times I have fallen asleep to this. I have facial dismorphia where I am unhappy with my face and have let it cripple me to the point that I hid in the basement for 4 years afraid of someone looking at my face. That was a decade or two ago and while I don't have a mirror over the sink, I can operate mostly normal and am learning to appreciate my face when I catch a glimpse of it. This video is somehow satisfying because I want little more than it to be real, I can confront this desire and somehow heal. This concept presented by a beautiful woman with a soft voice which I have come to trust as a kind soul is almost a tool for healing. Thank you for being a kind sweet soul.
I feel you, I grew up having really bad image issues and people don’t understand how crippling that can feel

@@SleepyDogg because I have asymmetry in my face and it got worse over time, it was very difficult to watch happen, also the realization of something I thought I knew well change over night when my orthodontist pointed out that my jaw was shaped differently on each side just threw my self image for a loop. I did a lot of ecstasy prior to that and all of the jaw clenching didn't help. Anyways most aren't symmetrical but realizing it and watching it get worse was mind bending. Also someone od'ed me on LSD so that broke my mind and gave me time to dwell. I've spent two decades fixing myself and my face is still a hard one to come to terms with.
@@Psittac20 Yes, it is normal to have an uneven face. Here's a short story of what I've learned about life.
So I went into a Jamba juice. I noticed this unattractive girl. One of my good friends said to me, "You see that girl she looks hot." Honestly, I was shocked I said, "Really?! She doesn't look attractive to me at all."
To quickly conclude, I learned this about people. There is someone for everyone.
