I want to be able to be there for him and help him learn English. I want to help him feel less isolated, and to not feel bad for messing it up, or not knowing a word when he does. I've started by looking up the things he says and writing them down and keeping audio links of them. I've recently started studying how to respond to what he's saying as well. I think it'd be wonderful to have as many asmr videos on german that I can to help me destimulate as I learn. And, since Im learning very specific things to be able to speak to him I wont know the basics that you'd most likely go over.
