I'm sorry I am from another country in Europe kids do not bleach their hair in the United States ? I am asking because usually in Europe kids mostly bleach and dye their hair when they are kids above 6 yo with fun color til their reach high school and they pick more conventional color please can you explain your view as to why his hair color is an issue ?

The comment about why is an 8 year old bleaching hair (first of all, TERRIBLE grammar!! Perhaps the person has English as a second language?!?). Anyway, in places like Los Angeles people of all ages like to SCREAM their individuality, hair color, makeup, clothes, etc. it’s fun, it’s harmless, and it’s a big part of L.A. culture (and of course other parts of the U.S., it’s just BIGGER, and BOLDER in L.A.!! 😁👍
