Its nothing wrong call a care taker for a mom coz that is their job is. A mom is one that take care of a child even if its not the real mother. I think Ahsoka is more a mother figure for Luke and I think its sweet. Padme can't help Luke but Ahsoka can and it gives Padme relief that Luke has someone who can raise him in her place.
Luke and Ahsoka find Ezra still imprisoned. Ezra is worried that Luke is still angry. He's surprised to see Ahsoka. Luke tells him that he forgives him and that Ahsoka is okay and now a transcendnt spirit. Ezra is relieved. They release Ezra and the three of them get out of there. Ezra is glad to have his friend Luke back. Luke is glad too.
They find Ezra a shell of bitterness and resentment for being left in the prison. Years of impotent rage spiraling in the echo chamber of his mind imagining all the reasons for his abandonment. Ezra rejects their feeble attempts at reconciliation and escapes their care, ending up in the underworld to plot his revenge. There he through twists of plot, he meets Leia who was mentally primed to fall in love with a bad boy.

Of all the plot holes and contrivances, my biggest critique of this story is that I wasn’t feeling the bond between Ahsoka and Luke that I’d expect to feel between a mother and son. Yes, I did see glimpes of what it should have been, but it was nowhere near the extent that a story being told in this setting would require. Ahsoka felt utterly betrayed by the Jedi after the Council abandoned her at the end of s5 of The Clone Wars. Anakin was the only one who defied the Council and fought to prove her innocence, and, in doing so, saved her life. Taking on the job of raising Anakin’s infant son would have been an immensely personal mission for Ahsoka. Not just because he was her former master, mentor, and friend, but also because she would have felt she owed him for being the only one who fought for her and saving her life. I have to imagine that raising Luke would have started out with her viewing it as repaying a debt, but over time as her maternal instincts took over, she would have bonded with the baby boy and gradually come to view Luke as her *own* son. Given the heartache and betrayal she suffered at the hands of the Order, I think that'd be pretty strong motivation for her to do everything in her power to ensure Luke never experienced that kind of life. I would like to have seen not only the hardships of caring for a baby by herself in their precarious situation, but also the joys and intimate moments that come with being a parent. Moments like hearing Luke’s first words, seeing his first steps, her emotions when he says “I love you” and calls her mommy for the first time. Moments like that. And yes, a six year old, even one as gifted as Luke Skywalker, is not going to call his mother by her first name. He’s going to call her what he knows her as, and that’s mommy. Because as far as he’s concerned, that’s who she is. Ahsoka would never forget the ultimate reason why she was raising Luke and training him to become a Jedi while keeping him safe from the Empire, but I also think that in the process she would realize that she became a mom too. In this story, Ahoska became a mother first, and then a master and mentor. That’s what I would've have liked to see much more of.
Watching a lot of these what if and AU videos on Star Wars has gotten me thinking. While I had been partial to the Original Trilogy myself, with how the development in the years to follow gets me wondering what could have happened in the Galaxy Far Far Away as some things could have been potentially better for the characters. While some things might not happen the same way, but at least it could give us new different adventures to look at that would give characters like Luke and Ezra something more grand and epic. It would make a lot of sense if Ahsoka took Luke in and had been the best mentor and mother figure to him wanting to teach the lessons Anakin would have if he was able to raise his son the right way, and when taking Ezra under her wing both boys would grow under the same teachings and would even become like brothers. Only gone up to roughly 20 minutes into the video, but it sure made me ponder things good. At least Luke had been given more time to learn of the force and hone in on it better that would help him become Grand Master in the future.

Holy crap I just realized, Luke and Ezra are an exact parallel to Darth vitiate/Valkorion sons, (three children with his bodyguard and consort Senya Tirall while using the body of Valkorion: Arcann, Thexan, and Vaylin. The children were biologically Valkorion's, but Vitiate's immense power sustained Valkorion's body for centuries, earning him the title of "Immortal Emperor". As adults, Vitiate sent his twin sons Arcann and Thexan to wage wars on different planets to further his domination. Arcann was a skilled duelist and strong force user who doubted and resented his father, while Thexan followed his father's orders without question) for people who don't know old lore. Just like how Anakin is a parallel with the father, ahsoka with the daughters/sister and starkiller with the son/brother on Mortis.
As we know darth vader was a natural engineer and could use mechaguru or whatever so what if he used skill to create nanobots to repair his lungs and burns while also making limbs that could conduct the force to make lightning. This could relate to inquisitor baris as she used nanobots in the bomb and he may remember nanobots and their uses. He could could also conduct experiments diguised as torture to fool sidious, learning to heal wounds, make force sensitive droids/limbs and using nano bots to manipulate mididclorians to strip or enhance the force in individuals. What I was thinking was that he used nanobots to remove scar tissue especially around the lungs and he would be dipped in bacta or bacta would be applied this would allow him breath which means he can meditate more deeply. And for the limbs, it is possible to make material force sensitive and I was thinking he make limbs skeletal looking like in attack of the clones but would then cover the we either grafed flesh from his body or flesh made from his blood and other ingredients like perhaps kyber crystal this would make the force flow from him easier and perhaps with the sith alchemy in the limbs making his force lightning more powerful. Basically an uber vader who is perhaps stronger than full potential anakin.

Ashoka and Luke had a relationship - a 17 year age gap but by the time he was 20 and she was 37 she was not a Jedi anymore and the interpersonal relationship wasn't taboo for her. This was alluded to in The Mandalorian and Boba Fett.
I know it might not make sense for a part 3 since Vader and Palps are gone but I'd honestly like to see Luke and Ezra make up/fix their friendship even if the vid was like 7min for a short conclusion. Tbh Luke has been my fav character since my childhood in the mid 90's and Ezra quickly rose up into my top 5 and this story made me happy to see them together as I've always wondered since Rebels how they would've interacted.
WOW!!! THAT WAS AWESOME!! The writing, the animation, the sound effects - it was all positively stellar!! Why did it end so abruptly, though? Some exposition would have closed the story nicely. It's too good to just cut to black at the end.
All Ezra had to do was to shutup and listen to Ahsoka🤦🏽♂️ evacuate Lothal, find another planet to hide and train some more until they were indeed ready. But anyway, Star Wars Kingdom, spot on video👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
The problem I always have with a Jedi turning bad is the fact that the Force is supposed to give a Jedi (especially a Master) a 'centering', a zen-like approach to life, and make them impervious to conversion to the dark side/evil. An emotional/spiritual firewall. That fact always seems to be ignored in the name of storytelling (need conflict, etc.).
In this story I think raising Luke wasn't just good for Luke it was also good for ahsoka because it allowed her to find her own balance to find out what it's like to be a mentor and a friend and even maybe allowed her a little bit of that childhood that she missed out on
I really liked the beginning, raising Luke from birth to be a force wielding warrior total on board. A child raised from birth would not be easy to capture or turn, his will would be too strong. Nor do I think they would’ve been capable of holding two full training hybrid Jedi, because Ahsoka would not have stuck to traditional training, basically I believe Luke would have been able to do everything he did after turning without the need to turn or lose control. Ahsoka dying at the hands of Darth Vader totally buyable, but Luke was taught “from birth” not to let his emotions take control like that. So for me the second part of the story didn’t really work. It was still a great story.
Enjoyed every bit except for the end, only because you just ended it. I looked away for a second and thought I missed something, some sort of outro would have been a nice touch for moments like that. 😄
I just wanted to say awesome video, but do you think you could also do a what if Aniken was raised by Tuscan raiders? That would be cool to see, and there’s not a lot of fanfics about that

Was good but ended to sharply and without luke going back to get ezra. more could be done to have more connections to other characters or events expanding the story but still it turned out well.
Cool story, very entertaining. Imagine if Disney made a "what if" Star Wars series, and have this as an actual show. They might actually have a hit finally. Though I think you should have told the AI to draw an adult Ahsoka. She wouldn't have been a kid while raising Luke. Besides that, well done.
Normally I click off videos immediately when I hear any kind of AI voice.. But this is a genuinely well made video so I guess this will be an exception.
Cool alternate universe, or What If, story. Ezra calling Luke Farm Boy though, was either a small mistake or a cooler explination for that would be that he was picking up traces of a different universe, where Luke IS a farm boy.
Nice perspective! Excellent narration! Lothal was the best choice, indeed! Completely free from imperial and strong in the light way of the Force. I see only some problems related to chronology. But, I like this version!
Very abrupt end to the video lol. Cool story though, would love to see a followup. How did you do the voices? Ahsoka and Luke in particular sounded spot on. Did you use AI? When it was just Ahsoka I legit thought you had gotten Ashley to record for you 😁
I feel like this story was perfect all the way to Ezra breaking Ashokas orders. At that point everything was rushed. I still enjoyed it, but I feel like redoing everything from when they are leaving the second planet would be good.
This would be an amzing alternate universe. Film makers are rebooting franchises constantly, giving them Universe-names sounds like a good excuse for re-interpretations. That could give Star Wars a second breathe.
Ahsoka would have been like qui gon for luke. She had that warmth and kindness that someone like luke would need. Obiwan was a good master but anakin needed a father figure who would listen to him... not a brother who keeps criticizing him. Im honestly glad obiwan died in episode 4, obiwan would have kept pressuring luke to kill vader or train him to be too dogmatic. Luke saved the galaxy through an unconditioned love for his father, vader.

Wow! Changed Ezra's trajectory also! Definitely an interesting path!
the "NO" from yoda in the beginning low key startled me lol
Palpatine could easily sense two force sensitive together. Especially one so strong in the force. The reason why Luke and Leia was separated.
What happens to Ezra?
Im thinking about doing another part not sure yet
Pls
What happened to Leia?
@@StarWarsKingdom if balance is required in the force, then who would the protagonist be? maybe Ezra went over to the dark side due to his grief? or maybe something happened to Leia & she went to the dark side before ever knowing the light? whatever you end up doing it's gunna be fkn awesome
Since Asokha was training Luke, it would make sense having ObiWan training Leia
Ashoka and Luke had a relationship - a 17 year age gap but by the time he was 20 and she was 37 she was not a Jedi anymore and the interpersonal relationship wasn't taboo for her. This was alluded to in The Mandalorian and Boba Fett.
Dang it, I got tears at the end 😢 awesome story 👏
With the sudden cut-off I would think there would be a Part 3, and what of Ezra?
6:43 ahsoka seems more terrorised than playful on the image
This got more quality than the acolyte show.
Darth Malgus shows up or time travels to defeat Ahsoka jokeing.
Perfect story for star wars version of what if...?💯💯
6:49 holy shit this is terrifying
WOW!!! THAT WAS AWESOME!! The writing, the animation, the sound effects - it was all positively stellar!! Why did it end so abruptly, though? Some exposition would have closed the story nicely. It's too good to just cut to black at the end.
Ahsoka took down the Inquisitor, turning towards the gathered crowd. "ANY ONE ELSE WANT TO RAT US OUT?!?!" 😂
This is soooo good, i love Ahsoka so mutch. Good job!
Dog we never got to know what happened to Ezra 😢🤨
The problem I always have with a Jedi turning bad is the fact that the Force is supposed to give a Jedi (especially a Master) a 'centering', a zen-like approach to life, and make them impervious to conversion to the dark side/evil. An emotional/spiritual firewall.
That fact always seems to be ignored in the name of storytelling (need conflict, etc.).
I really like this story, but I feel like it is not as close to the characters and who they are as it would/should be, besides that, amazing job
Will there be a part 3?
Thank You, this episode is awesome.
Interesting, What happened to Obi-Wan and Yoda in this timeline? I think it should have been Leia that was raised by Ahsoka.
This would have been so cool! Luke and Ezra are the same age! This is why Star Wars needs a What if!
But they won’t. Unless luke and Ezra are lovers.
In this story I think raising Luke wasn't just good for Luke it was also good for ahsoka because it allowed her to find her own balance to find out what it's like to be a mentor and a friend and even maybe allowed her a little bit of that childhood that she missed out on
If only Eckstein was THAT caring.
She wears a red shirt that says:
I am no Jedi.
Great vs of a What if here. Thank you for sharing.
Really nice fantasy retcon for this story. Excellent job with this video!
AWSOME STORY! Nice!
Excellent! I highly enjoyed this.
That would be cool to see, and there’s not a lot of fanfics about that
The over level 40 restriction being at level 39 really sucks. Good way to alienate most of your players.
This What If has some intriguing angles. Will enjoy watching this.❤
Why we NEED Star Wars what if series
This is actually one of the best ideas I've ever seen about Star Wars. Sadly, this ain't happening :(
So.. Ezra was just left to rot? Bummer.
I hope Luke or someone will save him...
AI: Finds novel proteins & molecular assembly data for new immunotherapies
ALSO AI: Can't figure out human hands & fingers
ALSO, ALSO AI: Pictures for Star Wars fan fictions!
(TANGENT: I added some DL flags when compiling an app I do dev work on, (VNNI) and I'll admit, the hardware acceleration, if the CPU/SoC supports it, is pretty remarkable. AVX-512 is a power hungry monster of an instruction set, but if it completes a task in a quarter of the time, it's more efficient. BTW, ignore the fear-mongering end of the world people, most have no idea how "AI" works, and if they do understand the tech and still say that kinda nonsense, then they are clearly just grifters. If G.A.I. does actually happen, and I have serious doubts that it ever will, BUT . . if it does, it won't be the existential nightmare that crypto bros and pseudo-technologist grifters whine about. If it does happen, it'll create other, REAL problems that society will have to deal with, and none of them involve a "Skynet"🙄🤦♂️. Don't be a Pavlovian doggy for charlatans.)
Thanks for this video!! This channel is criminally under-sub'd, I'm so glad I found it!!
Was good but ended to sharply and without luke going back to get ezra. more could be done to have more connections to other characters or events expanding the story but still it turned out well.
That thumbnail made my day
That was awesome. Thank you!
This is even better than I expected
Thank you
See. This is awesome. This is what Disney should put their money in.
This should be a netflix series. This is so cute and cool. I would love see this in a show.
Great story on so many levels. Keep up the good work.
Weirdly enough with the tone of voice luke asked ahsoka when he’d see her again in in TBBF he wanted to call her mommy in a completely different way 💀
Star Wars 'What ifs?' would be pretty cool to watch. Enjoy new stories without feeling the risk of messing with canon.
Awesome choice of force unleashed theme.
Give this guy an Oscar👏
Would love to see Luke and Ezra meet… maybe that’s something we could see in the Mandoverse?
Very abrupt end to the video lol. Cool story though, would love to see a followup.
How did you do the voices? Ahsoka and Luke in particular sounded spot on. Did you use AI? When it was just Ahsoka I legit thought you had gotten Ashley to record for you 😁
In a twist anakin was a boy with only his mom. And Luke's life mirrors that.
I feel like this story was perfect all the way to Ezra breaking Ashokas orders. At that point everything was rushed. I still enjoyed it, but I feel like redoing everything from when they are leaving the second planet would be good.
this was vary good i hope you do more with Ahsoka Luke and Ezra
They should make Star Wars what if shows like marvel.
This would be an amzing alternate universe. Film makers are rebooting franchises constantly, giving them Universe-names sounds like a good excuse for re-interpretations. That could give Star Wars a second breathe.
This video is cool ✌🏽💯💯
Dave Fioni just came.
It makes a lot of sense that Ahsoka would raise Luke. Also, Luke and Ezra are the same age, both being born on 19 BBY.
This would be cooler if the narration was Ray telling this story to a teenaged Grogu.
Oh I like this If story! Ahsoka and luke is good luke and ezra will good friend
How about what if grand Admiral thrawn win to the rebel war and kainan raised sabine and ezra
