Thanks so much for the great information. I received a Lon Modification offer with the 3 moths trial. I call them up and they say I could pay all 3 moths together to do so , it would help the loan to be finalized within two weeks instead of waiting over 3 months .if I could offer it would it be a good idea or would it make it look that I do not need the modification and take their offer off the table?? Thanks in advance 🙏💃🏼
Congrats on getting your TPP approved! If you're not a Washington state homeowner, I would suggest asking this question to an attorney in your state. For my clients here in Washington, I strongly recommend not paying all 3 months at one time! I always advise to follow the agreement and have seen problems arise if you pay them all at one time.
@@markthomas3518 Hi Mark - so, sometimes for loss mitigation reviews like modifications, the lender has to complete a valuation of the property and they charge a small property inspection fee. I can't answer this specifically though because I don't know the specifics of what was done so I would check with an attorney in your state for a more accurate answer!
That's a little bit too specific of a question for me to answer since you live in California so I can't give you actual advice on that since you're out of state but I will be posting some general stuff about HAF in the next few weeks so check back!
Yep! I work with them often and have one video here about them: th-cam.com/video/OsOQ1AXFjwI/w-d-xo.html Let me know if you have a particular question.
Hello. Your videos are very good. If there is any changes or updates could you do a video?
Thanks as always...
Do banks have to disclose the loan modification calculation?
Not the internal underwriting calculations, no.

mine said in the print paying more or less could lead to the offer being revoked pretty much

Hi Mark! Was the fee charged during the loan modification review process?
@@nadiakilburn-mortgageforec3635 yes i think it was.

If I am approved for a deferral do I still qualify for HAF? (CALIFORNIA)
