he's a good guy of course. you find him in the center part of the Mecha Robo Processing Plant level. He's got good MP Defense, and can walk in water, and has one of the best ranges, but is kinda slow, and all the rest of his states are mediocre to fair.

Actually XD Toripo IS Toriyama. He draws Toripo on his works as an easter egg at least once in a series (Most notably on Dragon Ball and Dr. Slump).
