17:40 Turned right, took you NORTH on 10th. Worked/lived there for 3 months a few years back. That Quality Foods store is where I shopped but coming the other way on 10th from central Port Alberni. Great store! You can get a variety of fresh prepared hot breakfasts, lunches or dinners by the deli counter and good selection of products.
I really enjoyed this video. It was quite well done and informative. My OCD and "cops daughter" kicked in a little with the "iffy" driving habits though. LOL

Very informative. Thank you for the video. One of my co-worker recently moved and bought a property there(waterhouse st). We're from the Langley/Surrey area. cost of living here is very expensive. I will surely contact your team when we decide to buy and sell.
I lived in Port Alberni and my children and grandchildren were born there. I found the driving video very informative except for all the references to the ocean which are very misleading. The Alberni Canal is NOT the Pacific Ocean but is salt water to where it meets the Somass River. Thank you.
