why would we ? they are icons of the sea and protected species. All the fish in the video are allowed to be speared and didn't go to waste. you may think otherwise but we follow the rules and regulations. Being in WA allows us to spear blue grouper as the population is massive around the southwest, unlike other parts of Australia where they are protected due to the dense fishing and spearfishing.
@@magpie6982 It was a big male coming to the end of its life as they are slow growers and mature around the size of 65cm to 82cm. but we are all entitled to our opinions. how you feel is probably no different to how vegans feel about farming. as I said we follow rules and regulations and only take what we need. i understand what your saying, but if it was a issue with populations and breeding fisheries would have them classed as a protected species.
