Yes for sure, I’ve had a replacement before now with my March box, I received mine wet and damaged. Lush were fab 😊Jx.
Ah good, glad they replaced yours too! Did they replace the whole box? Yeah they were fab to be honest! They replied within like 10 minutes and dispatched the next day - love it! 🩵 x
Two of the five, the other items were fine and intact. That’s good 😊, at least you get a new crown and in mint condition 😬. Jx.

I got my box today!
Love the shower gel and body lotion and the soap is sooo pretty 😍 those are definitely my top three from it but it is totally my favourite box so far. This is my third box 🙂

Yeah I’m so glad they’re sending a replacement! I’ve ended up selling the shower gel, it wasn’t my fav scent and I have soooo many! I didn’t want to waste one I don’t really like that much! But atleast someone else can make use of it! 🩵🫶

@@jungahbucks oh okay, is this your first box? They should usually dispatch and arrive at a similar time each month, if you’re worried just contact customer service I’m sure they can check for you 😊🩷

Receiving broken products is a bummer, so I would do that too. If they’re not able to replace it maybe they could refund some of the money.
