I only recently got into sodas and IMAGINE MY DISAPPOINTMENT when I realized they’ve been phasing down significantly. I LOVE the chase aspect of sodas and how transportable they are. Hope they bring them back!
I can understand your frustration. It’s awful. We don’t understand why Funko has gone this route. Hopefully they’re going to bring back normal releases with the sodas in 2025 🤞🏻
Awesome show! I really hope they don't mark the sodas. Yes the pops have the chase sticker on them but they also have the window. so whether or not the "chase sticker" was there someone could still tell if it was a chase or not. The sodas are a blind bag and the fun was getting the surprise chase. I would probably still buy the sodas even if it was the common as long as the mold was good but it would kinda take the fun out of randomly coming across one on a shelf and not knowing if i going to get the chase or not.
Absolutely, very well said. Without that chance a Chase, the fun of the hunt is gone unfortunately. I’m hoping this isn’t what Funko is actually doing.

the ONLY reason i could see them doing the chase sticker on the can is because its "technically" a form of gambling. probably why the minis at 5B arent "mystery"

Cause some people still like the commons so I’m sure they would still sell , just funko needs to not make as many so it’s overloading stores
In regards to the soda chases but I agree it’s dumb and not fun if you already know it’s a surprise
We enjoy the common figures as well, and 12,500 pieces is a good piece count.
i think they restocked these for the Canadian fans. i would think they'll restock some more stuff mainly for Canadians
I think a way for Funko to rerelease old exclusives would be to change up the boxes of the pop or the sticker or add a first edition sticker to the og release. This would create a distinction and give older collectors a more “valuable pop” and give new collectors a chance at that mold.
