brand new full house tour! it's pretty bare until we get proper things to fill the house, but here is a peek =) let me know what u think and any types and ideas u have for the place/ my studio! i bought these really cool light bars and a nice projector to create a super pretty atmosphere i cant wait to set it up tomorrow! ps nico is getting better! i will have a ramble update coming in the next few days to explain what happened to him and share my moving experience with you all =) hugs! cant wait to live stream :D
The floors in that home are beautiful!! And it sounds like the fan is running, which should be possible to turn off! I’m from the south in the US where we have central AC through those kind of vents, and I just have to go to the system control and turn the fan off while I’m filming whenever it’s too loud! They say it’s should always remains on, buuuut for the sake a filming id say there’s truly no harm in turning it off during the short period of time you’re filming ASMR! Also I highly suggest IKEA if you have that nearby to you! I religiously use their desks for all my filming and gaming! I use the “linnmon” table and the “adils” legs! It’s super inexpensive and works beautifully! :) they also have some nice bed frames and whatnot

I remember when you talked about moving almost a year ago and it felt so far away! It’s finally here :) love the house - it is such a nice and beautiful starter house. The stairs immediately upon entering are brutal, but a small price to pay for such a beautiful house!
haha yes those stairs are!! haha especially when going up and down to bring up boxes and furniture!! hahaha but more bearable doing it the regular amount of times :D
Love the new house!! Niko loves the hallway because it’s more confined…like your old house/apt lol 😆 !!! And it’s probably more comforting!!! Awww he’s super cute!! 😽
My husband and I are the same way with bathrooms! He mostly uses the one off the computer room and I mostly use the one off the master bedroom. I know everybody thinks double vanities are so desirable but really separate bathrooms is where it’s at!!! Gimme more usable counter space over an extra sink any day!! 😂

Nico will be ok! I had a cat who got bitten on his cheek and it formed an abscess, the exact same. He had antibiotics, the vet burst it, and then at home had constant squeezes (so satisfying lol) and saltwater washes to clean it. It took a few months but it healed up and his fur grew back. He actually had an undiagnosed terminal condition that the vets never caught :/ despite me trying, and unfortunately passed away a few months after that, but that def affected his immune system, so it is likely that Nico will heal much quicker than he did. It will take time still but he will be fine!
Overstock is definitely a good option for furniture because you get points on everything you buy so if you need to buy a lot you start getting to use the points on future furniture your buying. So for big purchases definitely recommend because more points faster

I live in a very hot part of the USA and along with our AC we had this “fresh air circulation feature” that came with our “energy efficient” new construction house AND it was literally pulling hot air in from outside. My husband went into the attic and unplugged it. It made a huge difference in our AC bill. Energy efficient my A$$ lol.. I’m sure this isn’t the same thing you have though.. I’d say if you can find a way to turn it off, just for the time you are filming, it’s not going to be an issue. Don’t worry about breaking the rules for an hour 😝 😉
