I vote for the song Alive. But then also Sour, Cure, Time, Life Line (original version), Wonder. And then their Korean stuff: Sorry (their debut song) Red, She’s in the Rain. And Woosung’s solo stuff: Phase Me, and Face. You will not be Sorry. 😉 pun intended.
In no particular order: Alive (that's the music video they were hinting at at the end of this video), Sorry (their debut song), Baby, Red, You're Beautiful.
Also Woosung's (first/main singer of Come Back To Me) solo songs Phase Me, Face and his song with Yoongi/Agust D "Snooze",
I would recommend "Alive" for sure, in a different vibe "You're beautiful" and for the incredible voice of Woosung (the main singer) Snooze that he made with Suga of BTS (August D) that song is so special for Army and really made shine Woosung voice.
It was me! I was the one recommending The Rose! I got into them back in 2019, when they released the song “She’s in the Rain.” Right before the Korean members of the band went to serve their mandatory military service. I then followed the lead singer Woosung (who is an American citizen) through his amazing solo releases. And was so happy when the band recongealed after being released from the military, coming back with the song Beauty and the Beast. Then the news that the Rose was fighting with their company over the band not getting paid what they were owed and the whole band left and formed their own company called Windfall. After which they started making music in English. (Woosung made music in English before for his solo projects) and they have just gotten better from there. I saw them live last October and it was epic. I also watched their Coachella performances, but I could really tell that after a year of touring their vocal fatigue was evident. But I hope they get a good rest and come back with amazing new music because I will never get sick of this band.

"She's in the Rain" was my very first The Rose song, and it still makes me cry a little every time it gets to "It's easier to be held than holding on" (and sometimes earlier than that). I haven't heard all their stuff, but did get to see them live (my very first K-concert!) last October also (Atlanta), and they were absolutely amazing - I walked out with new respect and appreciation for them, and a Jaehyeong bias that I never expected to have happen 🤭 Oh, and phone storage filled to the brim because I recorded almost everything, lol.

Ages 30-31, debuted in 2017, lead singer Woosung also helped write and sang on Snooze from Suga's album. There are live performances on you tube definitely worth a look. Love Woosung's voice.
Saw The Rose in concert this past October. They are AMAZING live. All 4 sing excellent. Alive, Sorry, Definition of Ugly is, Lifeline, Beauty and the Beast, Cure, Wonder, She's in the Rain ...SO many great songs to choose from. The list goes on and on! You simply cannot go wrong.

Hello! i LOVED THIS REACTION! So The Rose's members are 93 and 94, so 30-31 yrs old, They debuted as The Rose in 2017, you didn't expect multiple vocalist? wellll... they all sing, main vocals are Woosung (also guitar), and Dojoon (vocals, piano, guitar), and then background vocals (and main in a couple songs, specially in live performances) Jaehyeong (Bass, background vocals) and Hajoon (drums, back vocals). Originally they debuted with a company but later files a suit to separate and keep the name, while this was going on during covid, Dojoon, Hajoon and Jaehyeong went to the military and Woosung (who's korean/american) released solo work while everything went down. In 2021 they came back under their own label and have released 2 albums since, they just finished a major world tour and said new music will be coming out later this year, can't wait for you to deep dive into them. You should also check out Alive, Sorry, she's in the rain and their festivals performances which are incredible!
Anything from The Rose is worth a listen. My personal favorite is "The Beauty and The Beast". But whatever you choose, you can't go wrong!

The Rose is great, I thought u'd like them. If you'd like to check out another k-band, FT Island just recently had a comeback and released two double title tracks "Serious" and "burn it". they've been around since '07. if u'd like to try k-metal, id recommend synsnake. acceleration is my fave track of theirs. feel free to check them out in your own time even if you don't film reactions for it. i'm sure your react to list is getting quite long, lol.

I had heard of The Rose before but the first time I heard one of them sing was when WooSung featured in One of Suga's song "Snooze" And that song has easily become one of my favorite Suga/BTS songs. That's when I dived deeper into The Rose..

I recommend 'Snooze' by Agust D feat Ryuichi Sakamoto and Woosung. Woosung is a member of The Rose, and this song is so good.
someone mentioned it before me but please check out Agust D Ft. Ryuichi Sakamoto & WOOSUNG 'Snooze'. The main singer of The Rose collabed with Yoongi (from BTS) on this track and its beau-ti-ful. The performance is one TH-cam but its taken from D-Day (Yoongi's documentary) so its not an official video but a lot of people reposted the performance. If it doesnt work for a reaction at least check it for yourself :)

You're right, they are incredible live! I've seen them perform 3 times and i'll keep seeing them every time they tour because it's just so fun. They have a pretty interesting history as a band, and in concert all of them sing at different points. Highly recommend their first single - sorry! It's how I got into them and it's a great song.
The Rose is one of a kind!🌹I’ve got into them few years ago, and since then, they are my fav artists ever! They’re all great vocalist, although we hear Woosung and Dojoon sing the most! And their live vocals are even better! I went to their concert few month ago and it was life changing experience! ❤
LOVE The Rose. Unfortunately couldn’t get the time off work to see them live anything they’ve been in the UK, but fingers crossed for one day. They have some great songs. Other bands I like are Day6 (did see them live in London just before the pandemic), FTIsland, ONEWE, NFlying, Lucy. There are more out there that I’m still discovering 😊
the rose was actually my second introduction to KRock and my second fav band in kpop, and this song is one of my favs as i can sing along to all of it and know it all by heart and when it gets to the chorus i cant help but belt it out and just put all my emotion into singing it this is by far one of my fav karaoke songs

The Rose are so incredibly underrated. I've been following them for years and got to see them live at Lollapalooza India this January. Amazing performers, with captivating stage presence. I've been a Woosung bias forever cause his voice is so uniquely beautiful but I could not take my eyes off Jaehyeong (Bass) at Lolla. He is just magnetic. Threw his pick at the crowd and one lucky girl got to take it home.

Best concert I saw last year!!! So pumped and happy they are making in-roads on the charts. The last album Dual, was perfect and I loved every track. They put out 3 MVs (Back to Me, You're Beautiful, and Alive) that show all the different sides to their music. Started out busking the streets of Seoul and now playing Lollapalooza and Coachella.
I love KBands more than any other groups, you should check out more like Xdinary Heroes, Onewe, N. Flying, Day6, and certainly more of The Rose

If you like "Back to Me", you are gonna love "Sour". It's my favorite out of all their songs. Their debut song "Sorry" is also amazing, although in Korean. "Alive" is their next song after "Back To Me" and is the teaser you saw at the end.

Alive is a must see video! BI’ve seen them live…TWICE. They are amazing. Amazing. I’ve been a Black Rose since hearing RED in 2020, as a suggested video after playing a bunch of BTS videos. I was hooked IMMEDIATELY. Then Hajoon, Dojoon, and Jaehyeong went to military and I fell hard for Woosung as he did solo stuff. My fav song of theirs is ALIVE and I can’t wait for their next album!

I have been lucky enough to see The Rose live 3 times now, and I was fortunate enough to hear this exact song live before it even got released. The crowd was WILD! Let me tell you they're even better when they're performing in front of a crowd. Their performances are always 100% live, which does result in some voicecracks and technical issues here and there but they make all of that into something fun for them and the fans in the crowd. They are an incredible band that's had a tough time and I'm so happy they get more and more recognition everyday. And they're all great vocalists, they can all sing.
I'd recommend their newer song "You're beautiful" (it's much calmer than this song and really pretty) and also "Red", "Alive", "Sorry" and "She's in the Rain" (no M/V but great live stages). Basically their whole discography is worth looking into.
The lead singer Woosung also has Solo-Stuff you might be interested in checking out. Personally I'd recommend his songs "Phase me" and "Face".
The Rose is one of the best pop rock boybands. They have wonderful songs, so much so that I can't choose the 10 that I like the most, there's so much wonderful music!!!! You should check out "One OK Rock" too if you haven't already. Their concert videos are amazing! I think One OK Rock is the only band where I prefer their concert videos over their MV's.

YES THE ROSE!!!!! I don't know why I didn't recommend them to you before. I love The Rose. I've been listening to them since their debut song LOL. And I missed their concer here in Peru 😭 I was not able to go, I'm hoping they come back.
The raspy voiced singer is Woosung (goes by Sammy). The first time I heard his voice was when he featured on Suga’s/Agust D’s song Snooze. I was like, “Who is that?!” His voice was almost haunting. The Rose doesn’t always sound rock! When I heard She’s In the Rain, I was like 🤯. Gorgeous voice. Dojoon (other lead singer) has a great voice too. They all do actually lol. Their new album Duel is a no skip album.
I actually saw them in concert Oct 2023 when they came to the US. I love them and they are awesome. BRoses UNITE! - The lead singer, Sammy is American born in CA. He traveled to South Korea but wasn't successful. He started to teach English and met the other 3 members who already knew each other and had a group but they wanted him to "help out". Well, they are awesome and Sammy fits in well. I found them because of BTS's SUGA song SNOOZE. Sammy aka Woosung sang the chorus.
I love The Rose. They are my second favs after SKZ. I really like their songs and their covers and Sammy's voice. You need to check out their live performances from 4-5 years ago - Baby, ILYSB, She's in the rain, Red.
Another band i really like are Xdinary Heroes, they are punk-rock. Check out Freakim Bad and Break the brake.
Another band i enjoy is Onewe, especially the songs Aurora and Montage.
What can i say, i'm sucker for guitars and drums because i'm a rock fan.
I am SO happy to see you reacting to The Rose!! The end of this MV is teasing Alive, which is v different and a lot of fun 😊 Childhood is also great (from an album I didn't think I'd like, because it's a bit softer, but it's now a favourite), and You're Beautiful.
For other k-rock groups, I really recommend Xdinary Heroes - same company as SKZ, debuted 2021, write their own stuff, trying out LOADS of genres within rock. Bassist Jooyeon's vocals are incredible... For a sense of their range, I recommend Strawberry Cake, Good Enough (though note Jun Han is on the track, but not in the MV for that one) and Freakin' Bad. And also Money on my Mind - they have a band practice live (ie no singing) for that one, and Jun Han's guitar solo is SO GOOD, and Gunil (leader and drummer) at the end is just *chef's kiss* Oh and I'm obsessed with their cover of Impossible too 🙃
I'm also a big fan of Lucy (especially I Got You and Boogie Man) and The Volunteers (honestly any track lol) ☺

I like this song, but love others more. The Rose were one of the first bands I got into when I got back into kmusic in 2017. At a very low ebb I heard "She's In The Rain" (which I was too). They have grown and developed so much, but their early cover of "ILYSB" is still one of my favourites. Please consider looking into them more! Also: Day6, Lucy, Xordinary Heroes, One OK Rock (Japanese) for starters. The Biffy Clyro reference took me back 😊

The Rose is an awesome band and I love Woosung's voice; the raspiness is to die for... LOL. I've never seen the live and I only was introduced to them through Agust D's song "Snooze". Woosung was the vocail feature and I completely was blown away. More The Rose, please! :)

The Rose is incredible! All four are incredibly talented, and good singers. Woosung is the lead singer, but Dojoon is a main vocalist and sometimes leads songs (Alive is Dojoon effectively the lead and Woosung as main, for example). Their voices complement each other SO WELL. But Jeff and Hajoon also sing well. Every concert the two of them sing one song. the band likes to remind us that all four are incredible vocalists. If you want a song that showcases Woosung's absolutely amazing vocals, look for their live performance cover of ILYSB. But you should definitely react to their first ever release, Sorry. It doesn't sound like a band's first release.
If you like rock or pop rock, I would like to recommend such bands as: One ok rock, Ftisland and of course The Rose. These are my favorite bands. I am sure you will like it. I especially recommend: One ok rock, a Japanese band. I recently discovered it for myself. I really like The Rose, especially the new songs.

YES!!!! The era of kband reactions has begun!!! The Rose are sooooo good at making these anthem-sounding songs, and I can confirm that I was indeed bouncing when I saw them on tour last year! Hoping you check out Day6 and Xdinary Heroes soon, they have a different sound than The Rose but nonetheless SO GOOD!!!!
So glad to see this reaction, love having bands get some recognition too. The Rose are so talented and the singers vocals are just INCREDIBLE I love his tone. As for other songs by them I'd recommend "She's in the Rain" and "Shadow"! Also the lead singer, Woosung, is on one of Yoongi (Suga)'s song called "Snooze" which is honestly maybe my favourite song of his.
Woosung's (lead singer of The Rose) solo stuff is amazing as well. You should check out Phase Me. Also, please react to Woodz and his song Drowning.
A friendly tip from a follower: stop calling all music featuring Korean “k-pop.” If you doubt you’re in the wrong, ask yourself what are the rationales for calling an alternative be rock band “k-pop”??
I love THE ROSE. Heard them first time by chance on youtube back in 2021. Saw them live last year, they killed it. They own the stage, and engage so with the audience❤
The Rose are so good! And incredibly funny as well! Their tiktoks are so hilarious! If you like The Rose, I definitely suggest giving Xdinary Heros a listen too! Another group that plays instruments! They give me such lite punk pop vibes! Definitely keep giving The Rose some love too!
I would Reccomend Alive and Wonder from the Rose, but you should also check Xdinary Heroes, they are also a Rock Band but they are also Stray Kids younger brothers. I would reccomend Little Things as a Starting Point but they have so many great songs all over the Punk, Rock and Metal spectrum even in their short careers

I'm so happy seeing you react to The Rose, I finally got to see these guys live at OVO arena London back in March this year, and boy they did not disappoint, they were amazing, I'm a 51 year old fan and I didn't stop dancing and jumping around throughout the concert. My favourite song of theirs is Childhood from their Heal Album, it is a softer song, but the lyrics touch me everytime. You get Woosung (Vocalist and guitar), Dojoon (Vocalist, guitar and keyboard), Jaehyeong ( Bass and sub vocals) and Hajoon ( Drums and sub vocals).

I discovered The Rose in the last 6 months, and I absolutely love them! I think my favorite song by them is She's In The Rain. It's mellow and the vocals are stunning.

I was at their concert in Amsterdam with my daughter, last March, they are sooo great live! Woosung is the one who wrote and sings the chorus of Snooze from Agust D. Gives me shivers, just love his voice. Also a very beautiful song is 'She's in the rain'. And 'Sour'. And many more...
They are one of the most beautiful bands I’ve ever seen and Woosung is one of my favourite vocal in korea , the last part of the song is for their song Alive and it’s amazing I recommend for you to listen next

Love The Rose. I saw them live and they were amazing. Not a bad song in their catalogue and of course Snooze is one of my favourite Yoongi songs in part because of Woosung's vocals.
