The percentage anti-heal in her ult isn’t as high as the item so it does help in some cases and its good to be able to apply anti-heal with not just ur ult

​@AylaKilse kat ultra and ignite provide 60 percent and highest you can get from items is 50 percent. All grievous wound effects do refresh the effect 3 sec duration, though they do not stack the reduced healing effect. I'm not sure if you ult or ignite then use a dagger or shunpu if it refreshes the effect with higher percentage, if so I could see that be useful occasionally would have to test.
