MGA RESTORATION 2019 AUSSIE PT 13 - Shockie Reseal

Professional refurbishment of the Armstrong Shocks can be quite expensive. Here I attempt to do a reseal with some apparent success. True success or failure will only be known when the car is operational. Here's hoping.
The seal sizes are.
Large OD 1.250 ID. 0.875 Depth 0.250
Small OD 1.250 ID. 0.750 Depth 0.250

How did you get the finish on the brighter/silver one? Paint? Vapor honing?
