Its funny that this video came up for me just now right after I ordered the EOS fins to replace this diffuser. I've had this diffuser on my car for about 7 months, and it looked awesome, especially since I added red vinyl to the fins to make them pop more. Easily the best looking diffuser for the C8 in my opinion. BUT, this diffuser deformed and melted around the two bigger fins after I got the Borla ATAK exhaust installed. I am in AZ so things are just way hotter here, but still, it melted and I had to take it off. No damage to the OEM bumper panel underneath thankfully. I just ordered the EOS fins in carbon flash, hopefully they'll last, and if not I might just reorder this same diffuser in carbon fiber and have it painted carbon flash.
nice job, diffuser looks great! i bought a carbon fibre diffuser the same as yours on ebay . . . i have some gaps where the diffuser butts up against the mesh on the 2 corners, most people can't see this but my fitment is not the best, otherwise the diffuser is a great addition to the C8!
I finally got my spoiler that you got but I could only get it in carbon fiber. Lol it makes the car look way aggressive at the back. Kind of like the z06. Thanks man
I ended up putting a small piece of double sided tape on the face of the bumper...absolutely zero rattles it's very solid, too solid maybe as I would have a hard time removing it in the future lol
@jaditention1713 Thank you so much and yes I recommend this diffuser, I feel it looks plain without the diffuser. I donk know the size of screws, They were small, the double sided tape is what will hold it. Yes I have Instagram
Mine has a beautiful gold finish on it now which at first I didn't like but I love it and yes it would be nice to show more of it. I was also thinking of welding a custom piece on the exhaust , similar to Paragons
@SerhansGarage exactly! I haven't looked at mine that closely to see how you'd take out that whole center diffuser to where you could actually see everything yet but I plan on it. But after your video I'll definitely buy this exhaust.
There's plenty of sellers on ebay for this diffuser, it was the only place I found that sells this style and I think it's much better than the 'fins' separately.

I just got the borla. Do you think the borla melted it or the az heat ? Also how is your new diffuser holding up ?

Does this drill into that underbody piece? It almost feels like super hard plastic I think.
Yes it drills to the hard plastic underbody panel. I used half screws and it's plenty solid

I like this but I think when I get that 2M exhaust I want that lower piece and screen gone so the exhaust is very visible. 😊
