Great Video and build ideas! But no offense, the 30k thumbnail is a bit misleading, the only builds that come into the range of it were vindicator, mech and virtuoso. Still nice job, they're definitely good for ppl that want to get into strikes and dont want to pick up complicated rotations!^^
Vindicator can also stab and bubble if needed. Gorseval you just drop the road ^^ in Adina youswap Dwarf to Centaur and when sand split comes you swao to Centaur you will have 100% energy when hands start shooting ^^
i cant use my left hand to play. i use an MMO mouse. it helps a lot. not sure which hand you are challenged with but if the MMO mouse wont work. they are alternatives for the left hand like a partial keyboard with a joystick built in. using my right hand, my guild helped me modify the condi mech to help me avg 30k or more. i have a 15 button MMO mouse which i have 9 of the buttons standard between all my toons (basic attack, tab, dodge, swap weapon, function, special action, etc). the other 6 buttons are set up per toon. they consist of the 6 buttons i use for that toon. i will say that condi toons are easier cause you only have to learn the timing to reapply said condition. it will allow you more time to look up and down for placement of your toon. also condis still tick while you are trying to position. theres so much i want to tell you. ive been playing with 1 hand for 7 years now. feel free to find me on gw2. Mine is added complexity after you already are spamming 23450 making it 6 button spam over 5 button spam. Long Version. There are 3 types of Li builds. 1)Least buttons presses which aim to get high dps with 0 to 3 buttons. anything 5 or higher is not this. Like Mirage using Dodge to deal high dps in Li build or Vindicator legend swap to 1 skill and then press dodge now and then. 2)Just spam is second type of Li builds which Waver, Tempest and Catalst fall and so on. 3)Third type is simple rotations like cVirtuosa or cSpecter. Both have super simple rotations with spam. -Scourge: F1 F1 F1 F5 spam 2345 F2 until you can drop 3 shades again. You will deal good dps. -Virtuosa: When you have 5 blades press F2 or F1 and while waiting spam 2350 Mech is spam 5 or more buttons both cMech and pMech with steps to make it harder. You can run them without kit, turrets for lowest Li 👍 pMech was also nerfed so it is not as good as it used to be. Just good but not god 😁 Tempest F1 234567890 rotation was also fun build. Slow ramp up because Lesser Elemental Glyph and you should spam it bfore fight starts to have them up already when fight starts. Catalyst uses the same idea spam all buttons with 1 press less 😁 9 key spam FACEROLL! Let's go! I love the newest Li untamed 30k dps with 2-3 buttons or how about deadeye Li with ~2 buttons 😂 TL;DR: pMech Li has always been spamming all rifle skills with elite signet while using Rocket Turret + auto-cast commands😏
Daredevil dual pistol is much lower intensity you can just set the 3 attack to autoattack and you are immediately at 20k if you mark you get +10%, solo unbuffed you have around 16k, since you have 100% uptime of fury and 25 might stacks.
(regarding untamed-build) just because i've seen nobody bring this up yet and i neeeeed to know: why choose skirmishing trap-trait (trapper's expertise) when you're not running any traps? imo any of the other 2 traits would be a solid choice, either a sliiiiight dps increase through 'sharpened edges' and 'hidden barbs' synergy or a little more potential survivability with 'primal reflexes'. but maybe there's some hidden interaction i don't know about? also think i heard you calling 'muddy terrain' a trap skill even though it is a survival skill, so maybe you mixed something up? would love to know, cheers
Great Video for new people wanting to start a dps role in PvE. One question, the sigil of force on each axe for the warrior build, do they stack? AFAIK, they don't, probably something nice to double check
On the Virtuoso, why focus instead of sword for the off hand? You have a Dueling trait that cause more damage by using the Phantom of sword, but not focus

This is about the Virtuoso build. I'm confused. is it a 4/2 vipers/rampager or a 3/3 vipers/rampager? In the video the text says 4/2, you say 4/2 but when you over over the 6 pieces of gear it comes out to head, chest and legs being viper's and shoulder's, hand's and feet being rampager's. so what is it? Please help to sort this out. Thanks in advance and have a nice day/night. 🙂 Also is this build even still viable? I watched another well know TH-camr (not going to say any names) and the video was dated Jun 4th 2022. It was one of those low intensity build videos and I noticed there F2 skill Bladesong Sorrow had a bleed condition for 8 3/4 seconds and it wasn't in blue so I'm guessing it was a built in condition but I don't have the bleed condition on my F2 now, was it remove by Anet in the last balance patch?
The build that's in the video does work, but relies on use of phantasms (and so weapon swaps and resetting them with the heal skill) for a significant proportion of its damage output. If you're just going to go for a low action setup, then it's better to use the chaos traitline instead of dueling, going x/3/3, as this provides you with a large bunch of passive damage increases (if provided with outside regeneration), and instead of 3/2/3 on virtuoso go for 3/3/3, again for the extra expertise. This does then require gear adjustments, swapping out vipers pieces for sinister/rampager ones.

ok dude on vindi how do you have 3800 power? And what are all those buff/boons do you have on? no offense but you're showing 30k and not showing how you got there because the skills alone wont get you there. im new to the game and im at 3.1k power and doing about 11.5k with the rotation you showed.
I must be doing something wrong on Virtuoso. I'm only putting out 11k dps. I don't have any ascended equipment except for trinkets but the dps shouldn't be that bad.
Mechanist should use golemancer runes because the mech does not get the +10% damage boost while health is > 50%. Also throw in rifle 3 into the rotation because it triggers rocket punch
Is any of this posted in a format that allows me to take time to understand? For instance on the mesmer build, you call out dagger and warhorn maybe? but clearly there is a second set of weapons you don't mention so I have no idea what they are. And the gear you go so fast I lost most of it. Some are berserker and some others are viper or something?
You don’t swap between weapons, hence why I didn’t mention the 2nd set. There’s also an entire list on the left side of the screen for you to pause the video and read lol.

Since bladesworn can pull that dmg without using ammo how much dps do you thing id get by combining greatsword /gunsaber instead of double axe. I'm getting my legendary greatsword next week and bladesworn is my favorite spec so far but it's just sad tp be stuck with the gunsabef

Yes but since a while it's pretty common practice to communicate with the tank in advance. Also there's only a few bosses on which the toughness aggro is relevant, the majority of encounters can be done with no toughness gear at all, that's why celestial is becoming more and more prominent, specially on hybrid builds. So as long as you tell the party you're running cele most of the times it will be okay. If there's any issues you can run grieving instead.
@@spudzie9117 You're welcome. I was a fervent advocate of celestial back in the day, when no one used it and there weren't boon duration nor condition duration. Such things didn't exists, nevertheless, I used celestial gear myself on my guardian and my ele in fractals despite its flaws cause I hated to waste stats, and core guardian and core ele were pretty much designed for celestial gear. With the implementation of concentration and expertise, celestial simply became the best bang for your buck for plenty of builds on the support side, due to Harrier being objectively an useless, horrible stat combination, lack of a solid alternative and lack of toughness dependent encounters. On the DPS side, the hybrid builds made use of celestial aswell simply because it's better to run celestial than grieving or viper+sinister+rampager, with some min-max exceptions ofc. So, in the last year we witnessed the rise of the celegade, the celebrand, the celedruid and the celele. As ppl got more used to raids, mechanics and elite specs we can expect more cele builds in the future, some of them already being proficient in WvW (celelyst celebinger celebender celecator celescrapper coming to mind) So yeah, as long as you know the encounters and the bosses and speak to your tank, you can't go wrong with cele (on the hybrid builds that is. Power-Condi hybrid, Power-Support or Condi-Support. For the pure DPS-Support builds it's more optimal to not run cele) Thanks for some quality content Sputz! Love it (despite no Tekken music this time, you're saving it for PvP WvW stuff huh xD) Keep it up!!
There is also version of this build that uses a mix of vipers and sinister stats with the same runes and changing the force for bursting. It plays the same and has the same traits as well.

Cause you said 2-2-3 on Radiance when it showed 2-2-1 In that case, you can just slap another button for the rotation and use Hallowed Ground for resolution upkeep, if you don't want to benchmark it with perma resolution, still an LI build, and HG doesn't have a short cooldown. Here I was expecting a result close to 30k, but it's almost a 3rd lower than the expectation caused from the thumbnail, so yes, it IS misleading Not to mention Bladesworn, Untamed, Specter, and Catalyst dealt about the same damage as Willbender. And Harbinger isn't even a DPS build, but a quick build, dealing HALF of the expected dps. Why is that Harbinger build in a video that's supposed to focus on high DPS LI builds?
Im a untamed main i favor longbow and hammer will have to try your build given i get kicked from raids a lot for being low dps. Scholar runes kinda worry me given im use to eagle ones but will try build itself. wanted a easy untamed build for raids with a zerker set up and not a condi. i tried the runes on both my longbow and hammer was a noticable difference of 3k more dps so thanks for advice for weapon sigles. Hammer did about 18k and bow 13k. Sigle of air and force were my old set up. I hope anet looks at buffing longbow still a deacent improvement thanks.
@@spudzie9117 I also tried your mechanist build for power mech given i had a level 80 mech guarding a jp box and just loned her my rangers gear. No one brought up anything about my dps being low for the raid so you gave me a lazy option lol. My untamed main goes with friends np. Pug gets into a lot of trouble so decided to try the mechanist in a pug group. My ranger is full ascended armor and one ring rest is leggie so i was able to just move stuff to my alt. Had ranger make a ascended rifle then sent her out on the raid working on to complete raid armor quest. Truth be told in raids i often focus more on mechanics of raids then i do skill rotation so that too helped given i have aspergers.
@@spudzie9117 My only difference in build as well is as i said i favor longbow so in fractals or places with a lot of mobs i use lead the wind. So when i do rapid shot can hit multiple targets i know i lose dps but its pretty satisfying to unleash for ambush longbow and hit a bunch of mobs.
Its good for low intensity builds, but the thing is that people will learn this "rotation" and will think that this will be enough for every game content. Its not. I would more appreciate if someone put the video with full rotations and explanation what are that skills doing and why are they pressed. Its easy to make no effort build because 90% of the game doesn't care about rotation. Just give them build and they will press one or two keys and be happy. Hard part is to actually make people wanna learn real rotations.
@@Wellshem you say it like it's a virtue. Annoying rotations don't help the game. Meaningless button mashing just to get dps is bad design. Button press should have meaning and impact, not just cycling through 17 key presses to get dps. I like GW2 so I don't want to talk bad about it, but it's strong sides are not the difficulty or the rotations.
I’m happy everyone is enjoying the video. A mistake on my part however, do not run 2 sigils of force on Bladesworn. Make one of them accuracy haha.

Boons are what get you there. Every group will have most of them :)!
you could try it 1 vs 1 against boses to see its stamina and damage

Yes! I would probably just dodge twice instead of the once. I’ll let you know in the future.
It helps. You can insert a dodge after gs5 and before swapping legends if you have vigor on in the whole duration so your dps is not disrupted

Wouldn't the damage on harbinger be higher with viper stats considering the shroud skills do torment damage as well?
Yes but then you couldn't upkeep quickness. Viper's is viable tho for a pure dps build.

gunsaber dont synerge with forcefull greatsword traing, same about axes mastery, it dissables numbers on both traits

Replace Discipline traitline with Arms and go 2-2-1 (Signet mastery/sundering burst/burst precision)

i use same sigils of scholar on my berserker but its on exotic equipment not ascended and i only do 5k dps same build revenant greatsword vindi
Vindicator greatsword is different than warrior greatsword.
what double sigils of force ? you cant stack those.

Yes but since a while it's pretty common practice to communicate with the tank in advance. Also there's only a few bosses on which the toughness aggro is relevant, the majority of encounters can be done with no toughness gear at all, that's why celestial is becoming more and more prominent, specially on hybrid builds. So as long as you tell the party you're running cele most of the times it will be okay. If there's any issues you can run grieving instead.

@@spudzie9117 You're welcome. I was a fervent advocate of celestial back in the day, when no one used it and there weren't boon duration nor condition duration. Such things didn't exists, nevertheless, I used celestial gear myself on my guardian and my ele in fractals despite its flaws cause I hated to waste stats, and core guardian and core ele were pretty much designed for celestial gear. With the implementation of concentration and expertise, celestial simply became the best bang for your buck for plenty of builds on the support side, due to Harrier being objectively an useless, horrible stat combination, lack of a solid alternative and lack of toughness dependent encounters. On the DPS side, the hybrid builds made use of celestial aswell simply because it's better to run celestial than grieving or viper+sinister+rampager, with some min-max exceptions ofc. So, in the last year we witnessed the rise of the celegade, the celebrand, the celedruid and the celele. As ppl got more used to raids, mechanics and elite specs we can expect more cele builds in the future, some of them already being proficient in WvW (celelyst celebinger celebender celecator celescrapper coming to mind) So yeah, as long as you know the encounters and the bosses and speak to your tank, you can't go wrong with cele (on the hybrid builds that is. Power-Condi hybrid, Power-Support or Condi-Support. For the pure DPS-Support builds it's more optimal to not run cele)

There is also version of this build that uses a mix of vipers and sinister stats with the same runes and changing the force for bursting. It plays the same and has the same traits as well.
other question would the catalyst work with berserker too if i go for more dmg ?

Reality is, it just looks better if I round the number. Instead of putting like 24k etc. plus these are without profession-specific buffs.

In that case, you can just slap another button for the rotation and use Hallowed Ground for resolution upkeep, if you don't want to benchmark it with perma resolution, still an LI build, and HG doesn't have a short cooldown. Here I was expecting a result close to 30k, but it's almost a 3rd lower than the expectation caused from the thumbnail, so yes, it IS misleading
Not to mention Bladesworn, Untamed, Specter, and Catalyst dealt about the same damage as Willbender. And Harbinger isn't even a DPS build, but a quick build, dealing HALF of the expected dps. Why is that Harbinger build in a video that's supposed to focus on high DPS LI builds?

Im a untamed main i favor longbow and hammer will have to try your build given i get kicked from raids a lot for being low dps. Scholar runes kinda worry me given im use to eagle ones but will try build itself. wanted a easy untamed build for raids with a zerker set up and not a condi. i tried the runes on both my longbow and hammer was a noticable difference of 3k more dps so thanks for advice for weapon sigles. Hammer did about 18k and bow 13k. Sigle of air and force were my old set up. I hope anet looks at buffing longbow still a deacent improvement thanks.

@@spudzie9117 I also tried your mechanist build for power mech given i had a level 80 mech guarding a jp box and just loned her my rangers gear. No one brought up anything about my dps being low for the raid so you gave me a lazy option lol. My untamed main goes with friends np. Pug gets into a lot of trouble so decided to try the mechanist in a pug group. My ranger is full ascended armor and one ring rest is leggie so i was able to just move stuff to my alt. Had ranger make a ascended rifle then sent her out on the raid working on to complete raid armor quest. Truth be told in raids i often focus more on mechanics of raids then i do skill rotation so that too helped given i have aspergers.
@@spudzie9117 My only difference in build as well is as i said i favor longbow so in fractals or places with a lot of mobs i use lead the wind. So when i do rapid shot can hit multiple targets i know i lose dps but its pretty satisfying to unleash for ambush longbow and hit a bunch of mobs.
Its good for low intensity builds, but the thing is that people will learn this "rotation" and will think that this will be enough for every game content. Its not. I would more appreciate if someone put the video with full rotations and explanation what are that skills doing and why are they pressed.
Its easy to make no effort build because 90% of the game doesn't care about rotation. Just give them build and they will press one or two keys and be happy. Hard part is to actually make people wanna learn real rotations.

@@Wellshem you say it like it's a virtue. Annoying rotations don't help the game. Meaningless button mashing just to get dps is bad design. Button press should have meaning and impact, not just cycling through 17 key presses to get dps. I like GW2 so I don't want to talk bad about it, but it's strong sides are not the difficulty or the rotations.
