that's a day tour - meet up is in Seoul, then bus to ITS in Pyeongchang and back. If you have time you can book the package that includes hotel but you will need to make your own way to Pyeongchang. KTX train would probably be the fastest.

If you take a Korea jumbo taxi, 4 to 8 people can go to Pyeongchang as a group.

Booking is needed and since a ITS bus will take you to the filming location
