Still the only ASMR person who’s ASMR works with helping calm panic attacks. I listen and relax to other ASMR, but they are ineffective during a panic attack. It’s literally just your videos that help. That is a compliment, but I know that sometimes it can feel like pressure to keep doing something because people depend on you, but I have an entire large library of your ASMRs to fall back on if you stopped making them. I appreciate who you are and how you shine in your videos.
