- In this video I take you with me as I lighten up our living room after Christmas. We are headed to Spring and it is a new year. It is amazing how when you remove all of the Christmas decor your home suddenly feels larger. I start out putting together some pre-springlike floral arrangements to lighten up our space. I purchased a couple new pillows and decorative pots in a blue to go on our coffee table. We move and mix things around to make it fun when the seasons change. Making our space new and enjoyable for us to see and live in. This is the most eclectic home decor I have ever seen. The dark furnitures/ornaments, with the help of having white lanterns/flowers among them, created visual space.

How about overlaying a smaller teal or blue area rug in the center ofvthe existing rug? And, suggestion...perhaps remove some of the smaller items of the walls, as sometimes too much is too much. Less is more, as the saying goes. But, all in all you have a very lovely interesting home. It looks like it could be a room at one of the Queen's homes.
