APM PMQ Questions - Critical Chain

In this video, we look at another new APM PMQ topic. This time we look at critical chain. Critical chain is like critical path except that we consider the resources as well as time. We also introduce a relay runner work ethic and introduce contingency buffers to the plan. This helps to improve on-time delivery. However critical chain planning also has some downsides.
